I have never purchased from a delivery service because I have heard some stories but I also heard good things about High Tide. I had a lot of questions and texted my questions and was happily surprised at the immediate response. I had some issues (my own fall) with the discount because I was on the incorrect site so I decided I better call.Immediate live person who was pleasant, knowledgeable and polite and demonstrated superior customer service. He stepped me through the entire process, helped me get to the correct site (I was on weedmaps) and applied the discount for me to make sure i received it.Next, the delivery communication was great and the driver gave me a choice and delivered right to my door. Once I reviewed my product, I later realized a cart was missing.No issue whatsoever, they apologized and sent a driver with the missing cart. Problems happen, how you handle them is what's important and this was handled text book.Thank you and i am so pleased to have an awesome delivery service now.PS The quality and packaging is great. Flower is fresh, moist, not dry like some others..........The edibles are priced great as well.
