My husband and I just moved to the area and were looking for a new home dispensary that has good deals and friendly employees. I have been here 3 times and I wont be back. I went in for wax wednesday on 10/16. The budtender showed my husband and I a bucket of multiple strains of live resin and told us it was 8 grams for $120 OTD. We were shocked but very pleased by this. We spent about 10-15 minutes picking out 8 g's of this amazing wax. After being rung up the budtender noticed she had accidentally rung up 2 jars that were 2 gram jars. She replaced them with 1 gram jars. Not a big deal, but then she had her manager come over because something wasn't right with the transaction still. At this point, the budtender already had my cash in hand. The manager informed the budtender that the bucket of live she had showed us and presented as $120 OTD was actually $220 OTD. We hardly even got an apology from either the manager or the employee. We were not offered anything else in replace of their mistake and waste of our time. We asked for our cash back and left. It was a real disappointment and waste of our time but I am more upset that the manager and budtender seemed completely unphased by this mistake. We would have continued to come here weekly had they at least seemed apologetic. There are to many dispensaries around to waste my time here, with employees that do not care about their customers.
