Don't waste your time. I just drove 18 miles to go there and check it out for the first time their website clearly states because of the covid-19 just like every other dispensary you have to wear a mask in the store which is understandable. I pull up get out of the car just for the lady at the door to make it seem like she was going to do me a really really big favor on allow me in the store this one time because I didn't know that I had to place an online order to buy anything, and because of Colorado and you never know I just wanted to physically see it I wasn't asking the smell it stick my nose in it I just wanted to see it and make sure it looks like it was worth it to buy and they're not doing that either.

Called and hour prior to driving out of my way to come out here no one mentions theyre doing online orders only until i wait in the sun out front for 15 minutes they let me in just to tell me to leave and do a online order......great way to handle business that should be the first thing said when yall answer the phone idiots

Lindsay is apparently having a off day she's supper rude and unprofessional @ the front desk. I've been shopping here lately and have had no problems. Lindsay actually smelt like she had been drinking. She wouldn't serve me due to the smallest crack in my I'd. I want the owners to know she is bad for business and they have lost a loyal money spending customer do to her attitude and we won't be back. we proudly are giving are business to seed and Smith we're they know how to treat there customers.

Easily one of my favorites in the greater Denver area & in general and I've only been here 3 times. Which says a lot. The lady who has helped me 2/3 visits is super chill, knowledgeable, fun to just chop it up with her about anything n everything. Once I get her name will update review with name.Their products are high quality, especially their flower. Concentrates are cheap and good as well. Love their daily deals and happy hour where you can get ANY of their daily deals during the happy hour which is super dope. Wednesday's is their concentrate discount day and is definitely one of the cheapest mix & match up to 8grams around, if not the cheapest period.Very nice, relaxed atmosphere, great customer service, no lines whenever I go, amazing product. If you're looking for a dispensary as you're reading this, just go here you won't be disappointed.

We walked in to the fresh smell of cannabis, yes a wonderful to behold every time we walk into High West Cannabis, we were attended by Leslie. Leslie did an exceptional job. She advised us of the High West Cannabis Wallet, which she also is a lifesaver in, considering how last time I visited I was distracted speaking with an employee who’s name I forgot, I’m sorry, about custom made deer (I forgot the animal) skin drums had been gifted to him and I was really intrigued about how he choose the materials that made the drum that I’m pretty sure we got distracted from the explanation of the wallet unfortunately. ALL GOOD THOUGH! :) At this point as IDs were scanned Kelsey walked in and sat down to begin eating lunch it seemed lol she was pretty excited that she got it!Sam was our bud tender and offered us WONDERFUL customer service and we had an enjoyable conversation. Definitely recommended 10/10

They constantly get the orders wrong and don't hire competent employees or managers that have basic reading, comprehension, and math skills. There is a little boy named Spencer who has a horrible attitude and not willing to help people. The product looks and smells the same with just a different label. Beware of deceptive business practices. 300 other dispensaries in the Denver Metro. I would not shop here.

This was my favorite dispensary in the entire state of Colorado. The quality has slowly declined. Picked up some Tahoe OG two weeks ago that was trimmed by Stevie Wonder himself!! The bud was not trimmed very well at all!! It affected the taste and smell significantly. I had to trim the ounce when I got home myself, to improve the smell, taste and overall appearance of the buds. I trimmed off 3 grams of water leaves. I was very disappointed, so I called and requested a manager . I spoke with Kelso, who wasn't very apologetic and stated a manager may call me back. It's been 3 weeks and I am sure I am not getting a call back. I would think customer service would have been better! I am so disappointed in High West. I traveled 600 miles to HWC. This was the first time I was completely disappointed.

For a small dispensary I can understand why their prices are so high but I don't understand their lack of customer service or failure to train staff to be knowledgeable of their products and prices. You will have much better luck at any of the other 20 dispensaries in the area, unless of course you enjoy waisting your time, then by all means this is the place for you!

High west is without a doubt the best dispo in north denver area. Im all about my concentrates, and have shopped around plenty. They have the best deal in town on saturdays, and when they say 8/100 otd they mean it. Drop a couple bucks in the tip jar tho cause the tenders are my absolute favorite (Emily is dope af) This last Saturday i got a selection of budders, and sugar by next 1 labs. All testing in mid 70s. Ive noticed thats predominantly theyre house tier which for 100 otd is a wicked deal. For all the negative reviews about places not caring you need to know the customer service, and education high west provides is clutch. From terpene info to how they take care of their flower. I dont even smoke flower but it came up in convo while asking questions to a tender how they noticed bud drying so they actually narrowed it down to the cork top..and replaced it with bamboo ones to keep it moist. Who would take the time or money to do that if they didnt care? Shop here, grab a sticker!
