I’ve brought my two kids (6 and 8 years old) here twice now and both times have been a success. It’s about the price as Chucky Cheese and they get some great exercise while having fun indoors. For those few times the weather in SoCal isn’t outdoor activity friendly this is a great option.Get here before noon and you’ll beat the crowds. Staff are focused on safety, but still let your kids have a great time.

Awesome place to jump. I’m a teenager and I recently went. The airbag was super fun. The trampolines were really bouncy especially the walk the wall area. But a majority of the kids on the walk the wall area were under the height limit and not caring about giving other people turns because they don’t understand that. The staff didn’t seem to care whatsoever. There was 5 years old just running through the area not caring, so I was extremely nervous to land on them if I didn’t see them. Besides that, super fun place.

For the best experience go when it's less packed. (During the week shortly after opening) "Why" you may ask..You can do so much more without feeling like your gonna squish some kid and there are fewer kids that can't follow the safety guidelines. You can spend more quality time with your child/ren when you can easily move from one event to the next and you can be as rough or gentle as you kids will allow. The great staff can only do so much about kids who are unruly and or the parents don't care. So save yourself the frustration and have a hopping good time when there are less people there.

We recently celebrated my son’s 9th birthday here on a Saturday and we all loved it! We were a party of 14 and all the kids had so much fun. Our host, Ashley, was super friendly and welcoming. She took us to the upper level and got the kids the necessary socks and got them set to jump their little hearts out. Pizza was amazing and they even served us our cake that we brought. It was definitely a fun and energetic environment. There were many workers/servers dashing back and forth assisting many parents with either filling the waiver or getting socks, etc. Also there were attendants walking around the trampolines making sure every kid gets a fair turn on the handle bar jump also making sure the little ones don’t get tripped. Price? For 10 jumpers comes to about $300. If you do the math, it’s about $30/ kid which includes pizza and water. So it’s reasonable. Mson, David, can’t wait to go back.

TERRIBLE STAFF AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! We were treated very badly. We took our twins for a birthday party and the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. The whole place was overwhelmingly packed and hard to keep an eye on the kids. I will never return and will definitely not recommend this place! If I had an option I would give them ZERO stars.

This place was very busy on Saturday. They made me sign a legal waver before my two kids 5 & 7 could jump. I would normally be ok with that but I find there just isn't responsible supervision by the staff. I saw one kid with a bloody lip and multiple near collisions because there was no organization, just kids running around at high speed and flinging themselves uncontrollably in different directions. This right in front of staff!

I love this place. We come here often. If your child is 5 or younger, the price is half off. Also, you can print out their coupon and get an extra hour for free. Kids jump all their energy out and you get to watch, or join in if you want. The music is awesome too.I had my daughter's birthday party here. They set you up on a higher level so you're able to watch the kids play. We had such a great time. They also provide a party host that helps. You should bring your own party decor, though. Theirs is kind of plain. I'll never try to have a party at home when I can come to a place like this. So much fun, and they do most of the work. Yay!!!!

Went with my 2 year old son, and my sister with her 8, 5 & 2 year old. I was worried the younger ones would get trampled, but the place was spacious enough that all ages had fun. There's areas/activities specifically for older kids, and the younger ones had fun bouncing around and jumping into the foam pits. Toddlers are free, you just have to purchase the specific grippy socks that altitude sells, they cost $2.50. It was raining outside, so it was a great way to burn off some of the energy the kids had.

Great staff, not too busy after 5 pm on weekdays which is great for me. My daughter loves it there, everyone is friendly and the other kids there mostly are careful to look out for her even though she's small. Tons of fun and great exercise for both of us. When it is crowded it gets a little overwhelming for her, so busy times aren't recommended for people with small children. One hour is usually more than enough for kids under 5.

I had a terrible experience!!! If you are a teennager do not come here. There was just a bunch of little children running around with no parents watching them. I would think that the trampoline rules would be enforced by the workers but sadly I was wronge. Every time I would patiently wait in line for one of the activities a toddler would just stand right in front of me. THE MOM SAID NOTHING! The workers clear did not care about the rules. If you want to go to a trampoline park go to sky zone or get air thats a place where theirs some order. I feel bad my parents paid money for this place. I am really being honest plz do not wast your good hard earned money here. I would like to add one more complaint, on the trampoline activity where you jump really hight onto the platform and then jump down for a high distance . There was a hight requirement of like 52 in but all the kids how where on there where much under that requirement. This resulted in a bunch of kids how could not jump hight enough on to the platform because they were too short. So me and a lot of other kids where whating in line for a long time. Please explain owner of altitude why this was happening. Why did the workers not says anything to all the little children jumping on the tampoline how clearly did not fit the hight requirement. Please take this as constructive criticism.
