I’ve only visited this location once which was Yesterday evening. After having nothing but great experiences at their Kirkland location I was in the area and figured I’d give it a try. Great selection and friendly staff..for the most part. Door lady was extremely rude and cold. Didn’t even check my id when I pulled it out to show her, just looked at me like I was crazy. Never have I felt so unwelcome walking into a business. Without that first interaction I’d be giving this a 5 star review

Don’t go their if you have an out of state I.D. I have a California DMV issued I.D. And I was told my I.D. Was fake and I was refused service. When up pushed the issue,They told me the only way I could get a sale was if they called the cops and get a manager to make the sale rudely. Once I told them I was fine with It, they keep saying that they couldn’t get a cop and the manager at the time looked uninterested in continuing to help. I was been polite and trying to get them to understand that my I.D. Was real but by than they seemed uninterested in talking to me any further. Never again going back to that dispensary. Plus I get a better deal in streets and better quality.

I thought this was a good location until they've not received 2 of my orders in a row forcing me out of line more than once each time and the next one they straight up gave me the wrong product. It's not hard guys: hire someone who can read. You weren't busy, so don't use that excuse because there was 1 other person there. And he was already done by the time I was inside. Evergreen here I come ❤️❤️❤️!!!

I honestly don’t enjoy leaving bad reviews but as a long time customer I’m seriously considering a new dispensary. I’ve been coming here since they first opened and the over the last few months almost everyone I interact with has been unfriendly or flat out rude. Little to no eye contact, never ask how you’re doing, never say thank you when you tip, etc. There’s a few exceptions, but it’s slowly getting worse. Please hire individuals with good people skills so I will actually enjoy coming here again. If I keep feeling disrespected as a customer I will happily take my business elsewhere.

I’ve been a royal customer both at Kirkland and Bellevue locations. Most of the people working here are wonderful, but there are a few exemptions. Looks like a very few percentage of the employees are not capable of being professional, and that is making me rethink choices of dispensaries. Nobody likes to be disrespected especially when they’re giving you business in these weird times. I gave this a 4 star and the star that is missing is the few employees that don’t know how to act...

While being helped by Jordan, as a customer, it was not a pleasant experience. Short and not helpful in picking out a strain. Did not come close to the strain I was asking for help with. Felt like he was being purposefully distant and short with me. I will not being going here anymore. Rather drive a few more miles to Novel Tree. Always welcoming and never had issues with customer service.

We got 5 different strains here. They are not what they say they are. I’ve written for Leafly, Buzzfeed and Westword about cannabis for nearly 8 years so I feel pretty confident saying that these strains are not what they said they were. zero flavor. zero high. poorly cured and clearly untested. No quality control. very disappointing. Biggest waist of money since I paid to see the Last Airbender in theaters and we all know what a cinematic abortion that was.

Used to be a regular customer here, but they've been going downhill 〽️ fast over the past few months. 1) They put zero effort into stocking indicas (no a 60/40 isn't an indica).2) Budtenders don't know the product- twice now I've had HL employees try to tell me you 'can't buy indica anymore' 🙄.3) No menus- they've narrowed down to a one-sheet "specials"- so good luck trying to find product if your budtender happens to not know the product.They get three stars still, because their loyalty program is great, and the discounts from it are the only reason I still make the drive to this store.

The bud tenders are rude, especially that tiny guy. The female bud tenders are cool though, which is the only reason it’s two and not one star. The guys never want to take my number, and when I make a pickup order they mess it up, plus they are always having secrete side conversations in the middle of transactions. It’s rude and annoying, act like adults.

Been a day 1 Kirkland customer and Higher Leaf has always been my go-to spot! Today in Bellevue the customer service went above and beyond. I was having troubles with the text promotions coming through, so my budtender and his manager took the time to look me up manually and credited my 20 percent discount on the spot!!! I saved a whopping 70 bucks and couldn't be happier. Although there was a long line behind me, they BOTH made me feel important and welcomed. Thanks Higher Leaf Bellevue, this is why you guys are the BEST in the Eastside!!!!!
