So it says its updated but its NOT!! Drove 2 hrs just because they have the strain I've been looking for, only to find out it sold out a long time before!! Got back home and it said it was updated 11min ago but yet it still shows Blue Cookies is available!! Thanks for wasting my time and $7 in your atm!! Greatly appreciatedUpdate: the next day I called and they had found 1 bag in a canceled online order. They put it aside for me. When I called to double check they had got another shipment in. It was a different budtender and they were apologetic. I would give todays transaction a 5 star but yesterday's was still unpleasant.

People here are not very friendly. They also tried to say me and my fiance's medical grade N95 Masks were not enough but that a guy with a t-shirt covering his face was. People here just aren't passionate about what they do and don't try and build customer relationships. Very unfortunate. Don't waste money and go to Plantacea. They are the coolest.

Super.friendly staff from the Secuiy Guard outside, the reception gal inside to the budtenders . Always friendly, knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions I have.Definitely a 5 star place !!!

Ultra-friendly staff, good product and an altogether welcoming atmosphere. I’ve been to dispensaries all along the west coast, and Higher Level definitely has the friendliest staff I’ve had the opportunity to experience. The prices aren’t bad. The deals are amazing. They’re well organized and clean. Hard to walk out without a bag of goodies and a smile!

Excellent experience. Friendly and very helpful staff. Great products and prices. Super fast registration, and 10% off for being new member. Made the 2 1/2 drive from fresno, California and will make the drive a couple times a month because the experience was all I hoped for. I felt safe and cared about while I was there unlike other shops I've visited. I am already spreading the word to friends and family and encouraging them go. The daily deals are fantastic. 10/10 from me. Can't wait to go back!!

Even when it's busy they get you thru the line quickly. Everyone is super friendly and helpful and they do a great job of offering their customers access to a wide variety of products. If I ever stop going to Higher Level to buy my cannabis products it will be because I am dead.... or worse. I was very disappointed by our treatment by the parking staff during our visit to Higher Level today (1/19/20). We came in and the parking lot was full, so after a drive around the block, we parked in a public parking space across from the store; as we walked over to the store, a Higher Level employee told me and my wife we could not park in this public parking space. Here I will mention that my wife has a severely painful disability that affects her ability to walk and has a handicap placard for this reason. Not thinking it would be a problem to park in a public parking space across from the store ,as we often do on our visits to Higher Level, we took my car today, which does not have a handicapped placard in it. I will also mention that the area we parked in was entirely devoid of cars, and us parking there certainly would not have deprived anyone else of a place to park. When I asked the employee why we weren't allowed to park in this public parking space, she said that, "we have a friendly agreement with the business owners across the street to not allow our customers to park in these spaces" and threatened to refuse us service if we did not get back in our car and move to a different place. When I explained my wife's disability the attendant suggested we get back in our car and continue circling around the parking lot until a space opened up. Well, I don't think your "friendly agreement" is very friendly to your guests, especially those with disabilities who suffer as a result of your policy. And guess what, you guys do not own the public street, and just because you and the other business owners got together and made an arbitrary decision about who can park where, that does not give you the right to subvert parking laws or refuse people a public parking space. By law we have every right to park in that space. Shame on management for this policy.

Great staff all very knowledgeable on their products, very happy with their wonder extracts 25:1 cannabis oil for pain and discomfort ( I was taking 19 pills a day down to 3 now ) no pain, I use it 2 to 3 times a day squeezing 2 to 3 match head drops to my toast in the am a true miracle product. The moon intergalactic milligramage edibles give you just the right mellow buzz to get things done right stop by tell the Fatts send you enjoy your trip !!

Hands down, this is the only spot you should visit in Seaside. The people, as soon as you walk in the door, make you feel right at home. Very chill, realistic, empathetic staff. If you are new to the area, trust me... go to Higher Level
