They advertise a tiered discount system 1st visit 30% off an item2nd visit 40% off an item3rd visit 50% off an itemOn my third visit upon check in, the receptionist reminded me kindly of my 3rd visit 50% offer.I checked out as normal, and started walk out and Realized I hadn’t received my discount so walked right back in.Bianca the budtender for the transaction walked to the back to ask management about permission to reverse the sale, to apply the discount. To my surprise she was declined the permission and was told to apply it to my next visit.Extremely displeased about the decision made from management over something petty like 15$ and not following through with something they advertise and use to attract customers. Budtender claims you need to remind them its your 1st/2nd/3rd visit and not her job to monitor the account in their POS system they heavily use during check out. Very Disorganized.If you’re into concentrates I’d look somewhere else as they only have midsy raw garden available.
