Overall Feedback:
First I want to say that they are normally a great place to buy from, and excellent delivery service. However their communication is lacking even in the best of times. With that said, currently they say the delivery is to be expected in 2-6 hours due to being overwhelmed with orders. Understandable considering the current situation. its currently been over 32 hours since I put in an order, and it still just says "Your Order is being prepared". I have contacted them at [email protected] as that is the only way currently to contact them and have not received a reply, or an update on my status. It's one thing to be late, or need more time in these trying days but the lack of communication and updates is likely to make my household go with another dispensary in the future.
