Every time I go there (about 2 times a month), the lady who serves me tea on Saturday nights is always very professional and provides whatever I need in a cheerful manner. I love the energy there. That is the way you get repeat customers. The women's bathroom has been clean whenever I have used it, which has not been often. The establishment has also always been clean during my visits there.I cannot comment on the food or drinks because I always order the same thing: African Sunrise tea.....nothing fancy to say about that.

The coffee Bean was great!! At the time I went it was really quiet and cozy I was able to sit down and have a nice conversation with my niece.The place was nice and clean. Friendly staff, especially from the gentleman who helped us out goes by the name of Paul a very young and handsome young man was very polite and kind. I strongly recommend if you're in the Riverside area try to stop by the coffee bean, it's a great place to grab a cup of coffee and different cold drinks.The nice service I received from Paul will keep me going back over and over again, thanks Paul for your great service and recommend variety of different drinks you thought I might like!!

Always better than Starbucks every time, from the quality ingredients to customer service ! I always recommend the vanilla latte (hot&cold) and the Carmel ice blended, waaaay better than the counterpart Carmel frappachino, you will agree with me when you taste the buttery sweet taste of the Carmel along with amazingly sourced vanilla powder! Try em!

I have only been to a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf twice before so I don't know the menu at all. Well, I pulled up to the drive-thru and after staving off cravings for three days I asked for something "Rich, dark, chocolatey, and cold. The barista knew the perfect thing: Cookie Crumble blended. It was perfect and REALLY hit the spot. The service was efficient, friendly, and knowledgeable. The drink was perfect. It was a terrific experience.

This was my first time here. I had a couple questions and should’ve gone inside to ask them but I had my dog with me so of course drive thru it was. Not only did the employee help me with my questions, she explained everything with patience. There was a line and she took her time answering me. All the employees were energetic and kind. They even greeted my dog and gave him a treat. I will definitely go back due to the kindness I received! Great way to start my morning!

Im sorry starbucks even though I frequent you often only because there isnt one in moreno valley open...yet. (Coming Soon). I have been here too many years and finally it is here. They are the only coffee company that has sugar free mix that taste good. I can actually enjoy a blended coffee that is not all sugar and makes my blood sugar go nuts, even if it is only once in awhile. Drawback...Expensive as the others. Try the black forest sugar free ice blend. Good service too.

Took a nice rest break here with a couple of friends. The food and beverages were above average and the customer service was most excellent. Such a clean place too. It is so nice to have The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in the area. Nice to finally have a choice; some real competition for that Star..., whatever, place. Welcome to the neighborhood, looking forward to a bright future with you.

I really like this location. Used to visit it Saturday; however, since last week, every Wednesday. There have been a couple times I went to order the popular or "IT" drink of the moment & naturally, sometimes they were out... But, staff were so kind & felt sympathetic to my disappointment - even though I tried to make light of it - they accomodated me for a future visit/purchase! Excellent customer service... They actually read their customers.
