After working there for 2 years and enjoying the experience, the owners found that I was making $15 per hour as a lead landscaper and decided that it was time to get me to quit. They had someone follow me around job sites with the directions to take pictures of me breaking any conceivable company policy. After 6 months of harassment from the upper management, I decided to start college so that I wouldn't have to deal with people like this ever again.
Feedback:
Would give them zero stars if possible. As a former employee I can tell you that every bad thing you hear about them is completely true, it's worse than you can probably even imagine. It didn't feel good working for them. Employees are regularly told not to complete jobs that people have already paid for. Or to only give a site a fraction of the time that they had paid for. They employ mostly illegal immigrants, began running tight on money, then one day I came to work and was told "We're sorry we just don't have any more work for you right now." I'm a legal citizen with a bachelors degree. Obviously they are now taking advantage of their illegal, lower paid workforce to try to get out of the hole they have dug themselves into by being a generally terrible company that no one can trust. If you hire them, you WILL get screwed over, guaranteed.
