Shameful practices; my great-aunt has bed sores, gout, and other infections that have been untreated for months. They wouldn't discuss her care plan with me over the phone. After I sent my Power of Attorney and asked for follow up, they stopped communicating. No response to several emails, and no physician's order explaining how a healthy woman could be accepted into hospice (at the behest of an abuser). She was in great shape and, aside from these afflictions due to neglect, she is probably the one of the healthiest people I know! Even at 102! May long life be hers, despite the woefully inadequate care she has received from them.
