I visited sacred roots after a friend recommend Jason for a shoulder injury that I had been dealing with for 6 months. The experience was calming, enjoyable and most importantly, after one session my shoulder was completed healed and I am back to do what I love - surfing. I highly (and already have to a few friends) recommend Jason and Sacred Roots to anyone who want to heal their body and live up to their potential. I plan to come back every 1 or 2 months to get body work moving forward.
Feedback:
I've been coming to Sacred Roots for years. I've done sound baths, had massages (love me some Jocelyn), sat and detoxified in the infrared sauna and attended the third Saturday community clinic. Each experience has been extremely beneficial and set my mind, body and spirit right. There are so many wonderful events and practitioners to choose from here. There's something for everyone who needs some self care and love. Check them out today and support your community!
