Is unfortunate this restaurant has no management because it really has potential. The food is tasty and beautiful, but is always served cold due to poor line handling. Last night we ate dinner there and we couldn’t understand why our dinner was so cold. That kills the whole experience of being there. Maybe having someone in charge could help them.

I’ve loved Tender Greens from the moment I tried it like 6 years ago. This is my first fine stay isn’t in downtown an eating at this locations... and just like every other location of Tender Greens, it has the same exact amazing taste and quality. I eat here every chance I get.My favorite dish is the Beef Steak and the Chipotle Chicken and I always get it with Baby Greens and Mashed Potatoes. This price point is a little high l, but not bad. Each dish comes out to $15 USD with tax. Drinks are a bit expensive... but you’ll get free refills. I suggest skipping the drink and just doing food and water.

I wanted to write an honest review for people so they could have the best experience with Tender Greens. I love this place, I think the food is fantastic and I eat here all the time. Sometimes when Tender Greens gets busy (which is often during your typical meal times) things seem scattered and the system they use for ordering and delivering food just kinda falls apart. It works when the pacing is steady, but when there’s possibly 100 delivery service orders coming in within a few hours during the meal rush times the in-house crowd gets really backed up. It’s happened to me a few times now where I’ve waited 30-60 minutes as a walk in and I’m assuming it’s mostly because of the queue from the postmates orders being fulfilled. I see delivery people walking out with literally 4 or 5 bags of food very often. It’s an interesting problem they have to solve, being too popular, like Disneyland, but like Disneyland, I’ll probably keep standing in the line because I want that delicious tuna.

Don't accept cash = don't get my business.I hate electronic payments.This restaurant literally doesn't accept US dollars. It sucks they had to throw away the food they made for me.

This was my first time and my wife's third and I was impressed. She really likes it. The food is good quality and seems fresh to me. They got it to us quickly and the staff was helpful. My wife received bread that was quite hard so she just asked for some butter to help soften it and they ended up just getting her new fresh slices. That's good customer service. Were not in the area often, but will be back again!

Good wholesome food that worked with my low FODMAP diet if I chose carefully. I can't believe how cheap it is! I had their "plate" with medium rare steak slices, arugula salad, and sprouted rice. This is a great spot to meet with a friend for a low key outing, and the order-at-the-counter style avoids the awkward splitting of the check scenario.

They Got my order mixed up. After figuring it out, I told them I was ok with the issue they were having. Went back to my seating.. after a long wait, was wondering where my food was.. turns out my steak was ready but it was sitting at the cashier.. so got my food cold on top of that.. usually I have good experience at tender greens but service at this location can be better.

I just left the restaurant because they didn’t accept cash me and my friend only had cash on us... I felt embarrassed the cashier canceled our orders how embarrassed for us.. the front cashier should warn costumers before ordering that they don’t accept CASH !!!! (Hint). We looked stupid and we were very hungry.. we ended up at CHIPOTLE.. don’t think I’ll come back again :/ not a nice experience I experienced today.

I didn't really eat here - the food looked yummy & healthy.. BUTt i was somewhat embarrassed when i went to get the tab for what was a totally spontaneous lunch-ish sorta thing with a charming young lady I'd just befriended while handling some business @ the bank across the street, and the cashier informed me "We don't take cash." Uhh. What? being able to accept a credit card or phone for payment is great as convenience fo sho; but a business NOT ACCEPTING CASH is just ..a little bit Uh, strange. Fortunately Tatiana was quick on the draw with her Amex, but it made for an awkward moment for someone who was trying to be chivalrous, and do the gentlemanly thing of taking care of the tab. #justsayin. #headsup. Perhaps the owner might want to reconsider that strategy? 🤔🙃🤗

IF NEVER VISITED TG:- it is a good choice of healthy food! They serve best salads!- great atmosphere - pricy, but worth it- try Green Monster drink! No sugar AND it's deliciousIF YOU ALREADY KNOW TG:- this location is good, but not the best I've visited- very clean, including restroom!- very friendly staff- chipotle BBQ chicken salad: chicken was a bit dry- bread: was not fresh, like they usually serve
