I used to love them however they messed up my order then messed up handling their mistake. Part of my order was an 1/8 of Chemdawg I received a different kind that was $15 cheaper. After trying for 2 weeks I finally got on the phone with someone, the woman I spoke to was obviously very inconvenient by my call. In the end "the best they could do" was 10% off my next order. No mention ofoof apology for their mistake or returning my money. Very disappointed in the customer service.

It was my first time in Michigan and I was passing through the area. I wanted some high end flower and I decided to purchase 1 oz of shake for 90 and an 8th of high end flower priced at 75 an 8th. the shake was disappointing probably only 1/4 of it was smokable. The 8th was even more disappointing, dry flower with no smell. I called to try and return and they could not offer any help. Im sure this store has some good quality flower but I would make sure you don't leave with something your not happy with.

Went in today . left after waiting in hot sun 10 minutes. 5 cars came after us and were served first. 4 cars left as we were all parked away from building. We left next. We had preordered and still waited. You should have a place for preorders only in front spots.all others behind. I preorder so i don't have to wait and thought it easier for homegrown. Guess not. Rethinking ever returning until they allow you to pick up inside.

Over priced just like every other shop. It's all good, folks like myself are a little slower due to finances, but we will be in the market shortly. Then you won't have to spend over 20 bucks on a gram of gelato that's been bricked for shipping from a Colorado super farm. If you want to support michigan growers, shop elsewhere. I'm sure some is sourced locally, but the g I bought reminded me of brick weed it was so compressed.

Awful company. They don't disclose prices appropriately. So bad its shady. They have you walk to the left if you use cannabis for recreational. However, those prices are not for recreational. Its for medical card, but thats wrong because medical card goes to the right side of the room. So when you think you're paying $45 for an item its really $58 because they charge a fee on top of the $45 for your item plus an additional 10% tax on top of the 6% tax. If you're okay with paying 2 separate fees non-disclosed then continue coming here. If not, I would not spend your money here. You don't even get a receipt. I had to call and ask because when I got home I did the math and thought they shorted me on change, but then I was explained these exact fees. I called around and discovered most of the other dispensaries in town only charge a small fee for recreational use, so screw it I'm not going back. I was told at a different dispensary if it says $45 they charge $50 plus %6 tax at other dispensaries, not a fee plus 10% additional tax. smh.

nice place too go, cheap prices...they seem too get the online orders wrong for some reason and the security guard keeps approaching cars unnecessarily. he dont fill order, he dont cover his face and he's touching peoples ID, for all i know he might have covid-19...NO REASON FOR HIM TOO BE INVOLVED WITH TRANSACTIONS, NOBODY'S WANTS TO DIE TRYING TOO GET MEDS...

1st experience here and I’m very disappointed . This place is so unorganized. Placed order on Weedmaps and was texted that my order was ready. Parked and texted both numbers on the sign no response watched 5 or more cars come and go that showed up after i did still sitting here in parkinglot. Just got flower and web says 29percent bag says 24 💔2 different taxes on receipt. Just very disappointed all the way around.

I gave it three out of four because they do not have any ceramic or quartz dish vaporizers. Which, I wanted to get to use some live resin. I did get cartridges, in the selection is really good. Some people know their stuff more than others, but that's totally okay. Not really a complaint at all. So basically they lost a sale on resin, and something to use it with that's convenient. But I still spent the same amount of money on cartridges. Needless to say, I hope that they start to carry those fot the people walk in expecting them to be there. They do carry ceramic dish one time use concentrate cartridges that come with their own mouthpiece and battery. I found that no matter where I bought pre-rolled joints they run constantly. I don't seem to have problems like that with joints I wrote myself. Just saying. You might be better off paying for a gram of flower. All in all a good place close to home. I'm happy for the convenience, I don't need to drive to Ann arbor for anything I need. I went on a Sunday morning to homegrown and there were a couple people in line with me. I got there at 20 to ten and I was the only one in the parking lot for about 10 minutes. if you want to be at the line you don't need to show up on a Sunday until 10 minutes to. I was told that if the medical side is running low on something they will take it from the recreational side. So they may run out of something, probably best to call ahead. Their website and no way reflects what they have in store. Their website blows. Just go in and look around. Like I said, it beats driving to Ann arbor.

This used to be my one and only go to place for medical. Staff was friendly and selection was decent. However, ever since they open up for rec I have not been able to get a parking spot. I was told a week before they were open to the public to stock up now because they might not have any for medical patients. I honestly thought it was supposed separate or maybe that receptionist did not get the memo. Either way, extemely disappointed with how it is now. And extemely sad to say I am not coming back. giving it two stars for the good memories before then..

Was very impressed!! Today was my first visit here, I felt safe, everyone was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable!! Very well stocked with lots of verities!! Well lit, I could see all the products from my chair, yes I am in a wheelchair. Cleanest, freshest atmosphere of any I have been in. I have definitely found my new supplier for my medical needs. Yes, even though they can sell to anyone they even have a medical section!!
