I am 72 and was looking at a verybsad Easter alone, my family up in Ventura. My wonderful son surprised me by having a Honey Baked delivered to me on Saturday. We then had virtual Easter online with the ham. It was delicious. Please kept new know how long it keeps. I ate as much as I could that week then put the rest in the freezer. How long will it keep after I take out of freezer? Thank you. Lorraine

I understand these are very difficult times, but I must say I'm truly disappointed and will never try again. I ordered Easter dinner on 3/31 to be delivered on 4/11. It never was delivered. I get it, delivery now is a problem and I can deal with that. However, I just called their customer service line, no apology, didn't even seem to register with her that this really had an impact on my family. She wasn't even surprised, so I assume this happened to a lot of people. On top of that, my refund is going to take a very long time - it took them less than a day to take my money. Just extremely disappointed, won't be back and will tell people not to waste their money on HoneyBaked.

Ever since I can remember, Honeybaked hams were the staple of our Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners. Somehow, I only remember the ham on holidays. They are open year round selling the same wonderful ham I grew up with during holidays. Tip: Pick up your ham a couple of days earlier on major holidays. It's a circus in any Honeybaked outlets on Thanksgiving or Christmas' Eve. Save yourself sometime and pick-up early.

Bad customer service. They do not solve a problem just make moreSecond time in four visits to the store and their credit was down.I had 50 dollars in gift cards which I planned on purchasing a homey baked ham with. They would not honor them! They are valid and they could have check on them if they made a phone call but they did not care even enough to try. So I will have no ham for my Easter dinner, Will not have a dinner because I do not have the funds to buy something else. They refused to refund my money and would not sell me a ham because the credit was down. This is a Franchise store and East Coast headquarter said that all the stores in California are franchised out. I called them and they have not returned my calls after 3 days. This point all I want is my money back. They ruined my holiday for sure. Their ham is expensive and then to offer no customer service and have high prices makes them a rip off. I would advise you to shop somewhere else.I might have to take them to court to get my 50 dollars back They refused to honor their own gift card. I had been happy with them in the past but no longer. Wish I could remove my other review which was a good one.

I called to reserve a ham a week before Christmas and informed the employee I had a coupon for $8.00 off of the $67 total price. At that time she said I could use the coupon. Upon getting to the store to pick-up the ham a cashier told me I could not use that coupon. Really??!!! I guess I got bent over on that deal. I'll never go there again. Even the manager on duty would not make it right for their error. Very disappointed that a company making so much money is more concerned with saving $8.00 rather than me as a customer. Their loss!
