During this shutdown and era of carside delivery I've been enjoying the wait being amused by the security guys. Mark and BJ are right there for you when you pull in till you leave. I appreciate feeling safe with the security guys on alert and paying attention, but they go the extra mile and come over with treats for Ellie Mae and they love to say hi and pet her.Ellie loves that they have plenty of her favorite treats!

You can not go inside the building.. C-19..Order from your car, they deliver to ur car...Lume Cannabis is way over priced on a scale 1 to 10 rate it about a "6"... thc 14... 1/4 ounce was $70.. way over price ! ! With a Medical card your cost is lower..n no tax...

Expect a long wait on the Monday after pay day!Great shatter/wax. Could use more Sativa buds among their selection. Other than that - no complaints! Great supply chain management, considering the high level of demand.

Completed an order online and it was ready for me to pick it up but was instructed to wait and as cars pulled up after I arrived they had their orders taken and fulfilled before i could get mine that was completed beforehand. The order and pickup process is the worst ive seen in a long time and don't come here unless you dont mind waiting an hour or seeing people come after you, place an order and have their order fulfilled before anyone talks to you.

High prices, small selection, long waits, until there is more competition in the area this will be the norm. Lume products are as advertised, but cost more due to unneccessary elaborate packaging. Although looks cool it just adds to the cost of the product. Saw a strain I wanted to try so I bit the bullet and spent the dough and it's great, but still way overpriced once taxes are added on.

Extremely disappointing service when trying to pick up our order today. Our order was ready for 2 hours and every time we tried to pick it up we were told to leave because your parking lot was full, security was very rude and kept saying ' well we have a very popular product', hope its popular enough to keep you in business because we wont be coming back

Look this place came out of the gate buying reviews by giving away free joints. This place told everyone that theyd have competitive prices(which is supposed to mean not rip you off high prices) and that they would promptly move shelved medical product to rec after 30 days in accordance with the law. Well just looking at their website everyday you can see that prices make no sense and rec user are not being access to some products(mostly the good stuff) I think Benzie may have made the wrong move.Covid update. Lume seems to be raising the prices on their cartridges now. Update June 1st prices now seem t ok be increasing.

I can't tell what is better the product or the customer service , my first time going here I have to say some of the best bud I seen I used to trim and the quality is amazing. The service was wonderful I wish I remembered her name but the lady who helped me was so sweet going over the different products and so helpful. I love this place and reccomend to anyone and everyone !

Wow!!!! So i ordered online at 8:07 PM and remind you it states they close at 9PM. I get there at 8:39 to pick up my order and the place is closed! It was 5 other vehicles out there lookin like what’s goin on. Thanks alot Lume for making me waste my time and gas great customer service you guys rock! I will be going to the cured leaf from now on to spend my money.

The service and atmosphere are very professional. The products have a limited selection, but there's a little bit of something for everyone, and the quality is good. There's also accessories, books, and more available. Parking and location is great. Can't miss it. The problem is that the prices are still around twice what you'd pay through your local black market retailer. That's largely a matter of state policy, true, but price is definitely a factor to consider. This does not mean I condone breaking the law, that's simply how economics works.
