Very helpful and caring staff, but the product is too expensive not to mention you pay the physicians office every time you get a refill which is twice a month. Add on the cost of the product and it's too expensive and not strong enough. But I do think the staff is great; this issue is beyond them.

it's a rocky start for this program, the people are nice but the products are not effective for people in severe pain. If you have a deadly disease causing you pain they offer a strong thc product but only for those situation. Expensive and restrictive best describes the program but it is the state that hampers the strengths of there medicine. Hope Pharmacy is not responsible for the state restrictions imposed on them. Hope has good people.

I care about my privacy. I do not like that they said my name out loud in the waiting room for all to hear. I also do not like that I heard the names of other people while waiting.

The folks at Hope Pharmacy are very friendly and knowledgeable!! I was very impressed at the time they took with me to listen to my medical issues and consult me on the best path forward!

Would not recommend this pharmacy. They sold me a bottle of medication that had clearly been tampered with in some way. It comes in a box with a sticker as the only security method. When I opened the box, the oil was all over the bottle, as well as the bottle's safety seal just coming off with the dropper. When I complained, they said there was nothing that could be done. So, I am out hundreds of dollars. I am extremely saddened and disappointed by this and their lack of concern.
