I dont visit this side of town enough to go here regularly, but when I do I always leave here really impressed with the flower I leave with and the price I get it for. Hands down one of the best places for pre pack $60-$90 half oz's in the valley! And Maria who answers the phone is always patient kind and informative over the phone and in person as well as the rest of the staff!!!

I wish i could give 0.Horriable service 1st patient, was told they couldnt help me because the scanner wouldnt pick up the barcode.Funny because every dispensary would put it in manualy. With everything going on cant help but think she didnt go the extra mile because of the color of my skin dark borwn! They lost 2 customers today and 400 bucks. If u want good/fair service dont go here!!

After multiple website crashes I was finally able to get on and the promo code doesn't even work. My last in person experience with them didn't go so well either. They were advertising $20 Vapen carts on their Leafly menu. When I got there they tried to charge me full price, $30 regardless of what the menu said. When I showed them their advertised price they said the best they could do was 2 for $50 but I would be paying full price for the 3rd cart I ordered. I cancelled my entire order. It's unfair to ask your customers to pay more than menu price. They've lost their personal touch. It's a shame.

I have spent over $1500 at this location since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Just as jars opens their doors officially, they remove the perk that gives you $15 off your order for every 450 points you accrue. This means almost $1500 worth of points I have accrued over the past few months are virtually worthless. JARS upper management has scammed their loyal customers. I will be more than happy to go out of my way to purchase my product from more reputable stores.

due to this whole covid-19 pandemic they're not even worrying about the people who don't drive they literally just told me that I can't even shop at the store anymore because I don't have a car or a bike. this is outrageous and needs to be fixed immediately kind of like other dispensaries who have already figured out the issue I'm not going to say it but I'm going to let them figure it out themselves. because it's a simple easy fix instead of being disrespectful over the phone and letting me know that yeah you can't come to my store because you don't have a bike or a car.

Really bad service all around I’m from San Diego and was a delivery driver for a dispensary and it never taken 3 hours to get to a customer this place need to either stop delivering period if they just can get product out in a timely manner or hire more drivers. I feel for that driver having to do 12 orders at once but once again it’s never taken 3 hours to get to a customer

I bought a half ounce of platinum (Jenny kush) and a half ounce of low grade (prime) gelato x dosidos I could hardest tell the difference between the quality between the two. they both were popcorn buds with tons of stems which would not be such an issue with the low grade but to pay full price for “platinum” and for there to be so many stems and popcorn buds is ridiculous for the price paid.

This is the 4th time I have gone and every time they screw up my order it doesn’t place right they over charge it if delivery chosen takes over 6 hrs placed my order online at 4 pm for pick up didn’t get any text letting me k ow it was ready so at 445 started to call and literally have been through there call going from caller 4 to first in line then redirected back to 5th caller for the last two hrs still no message about my order last time I ordered delivery where they had to replace my order 4 times and took the whole day to receive it and got part of someone else’s order no apology or rectification for the delays or mix up nothing

Sat in line for 2 hours and was told my order was not eligible for the deal. This was due to poor quality of the website and product description then they told me I could remove items but not add any to receive the deal I went for. Update tried calling to make sure all my carts were eligible for the 2-4-6-8 couldn’t give any info absolute terrible customer service.

This was Jars response to social distancing per their security guard. I was pressured to stand in line behind the lady in scrubs (so I wouldn't lose my spot in line) after explaining to the security guard (skinny, short and Africa American) that I didn't want to be be close to people he said to me "why are you people being so difficult?" I again explained that we are not even supposed to be close to one another! At least 6 ft. It was completely ignored. I am extremely disappointed.
