the blonde at the front desk was pleasant however the brunette was swearing and seemed unhappy to be there. when i got inside and asked the budtender for a good hybrid he didnt have any recommendations he told me to just read the sheet of paper. so im assuming he doesnt try the product or didnt want to talk to me. Weedology is 5 minutes away so i will stick to them.

They wouldn't let me take pictures of the inside because of security issues. But other than that I'd say it's a good place to get what you need. The staff was nice and very helpful and they have a large variety to choose from. Their prices run about average. Since 2 stores opened in Ontario there wasn't a line of people and no waiting and no taking a number. I'd say my experience was a 9 ( on a scale of 1 to 10) at this dispensary.

I want start out by saying that I love the Huntington store a lot and I really want to like the Ontario store but i just can't find anything good to say about it, you guys have been super inconsistent with your customer service to the point that I will not come back to this store. I was there Monday night, I explained want I needed with the budget that I have, like I do every time and was told right away that I couldn't do that unless I wanted to buy shake. I then tried to explain in a different way with the same result. so i asked for my ID back and left, telling her that i was going to your companion, she didn't care and I walked out. I was able to get the quality that I wanted and the price that I needed from them without any issues! So the bottom line is that you lost a customer and it doesn't seem like it even matters!

They show you nice, big buds, but what you see is different than what you get. I got a bunch of scraps (shakes) and paid regular price. They are WAY over priced compared to Sumpter and their quality lacks. Also, they price their top shelf so high and offer $12 an ounce on their flower day making you think you're getting a deal. In major cities you can get the same top shelf that Hotbox sells for $18-20 for $14 everyday. This dispensary is not honest, over priced, rude staff that rush you in and out, and don't tell the truth about their product over the phone. Wasted 2 trips out there when their baked bud tenders hardly can answer questions over the phone. I can't wait for more dispensaries to start popping up in the area so I don't have to deal with their monopolized B.S. Stay away unless you're desperate to pay too much and get average Cannabis at best.

Oh, your plan is to have me walk up to the counter with bud tender and instead of shopping: where I look at the products you have on display....you will stare at me as I read a printed out 4 page “menu” that is color coded for strains (they used black for one of them which made it a piece of cake to pick out among the entire rest of the print of the menu which was in black too) and is in 2 columns with no brand names or pictures or any info besides, price, thx/cbd % and strain name. I smoked my drugs and it turns out, there are drugs in them so one star. Will never. Ever return.

01/09/2020When I was shown the Belushi Star Dawg in person it was really great looking with some good sized flowers. Came home and both whole containers were paintball sized or smaller flowers. That's crazy expensive. And why is it that what I was shown vs what I received is different and almost B Grade flowers. Its kind of like umm, a lie to your customers... I paid for a Focus RS and received a base model. Not to mention my friend didn't get part of the order she paid for either! Make your employees confirm the order and show the containers before ending the transaction otherwise you might get screwed!

DO NOT GO HERE. All of their great reviews are faked by employees and their friends. My friend and I went here and spent 2 hours in line waiting, they got BOTH of our orders wrong. When we spoke to the little old man employee he proceeds to tell me and my friend that we will have to go sit in line for another number, then wait another hour to be called, and then wait in line again so that they can FIX THEIR OWN MISTAKE.All of their employees were baked out of their minds and couldn't tell which way is up. They couldn't get any order right from what i was hearing in the line. If you want to come here and deal with a lot of sky high idiots that will get your order wrong and make you wait in line all over again then come on over. These are the guys for that. If you want to deal with professionals then head over to WEEDOLOGY.

Went in on a Saturday, which was packed but they got people through pretty quickly. The place smells amazing! Clean shop, and amazing people working here! If you need some green this is the place to go!Bags are vacuum sealed and packed in a nice little zip lock bag.

First time in a dispensary besides once years ago in Colorado. Thank u Eli for being so patient and kind. We were in and out quicker than we thought. My wife was in a car accident and on crutches and he was very knowledgeable and helped us with what we needed for pain and we never felt rushed. Great experience but I do know prices are better in the city but that’s bc they are on the border! Thanks Eli!
