I started going to this place a few weeks ago. The rules on ID are very inconsistent. I presented a drivers license the first time I made a purchase and haven't been ask to present one since until to today. I told the guy I just finished working out and didn't have my ID on me and was told if I can't show ID every time I shop than I get no service. There was a bud-tender in the shop who serve me before who didn't ask me for ID and knew I was well over 21 but they this guy still refused to service me.During times when extra money is not ready available is when dispensaries should go out and above the call of duty to show great customer service and this was definitely not one of those times. Seriously though what harm would have been done by catering to your new customer who didn't have his ID with him but has spent over a $120 in your shop in less than 2 weeks. Oh well their are many other shops. For people who don't understand customer service or respect money this is a lesson on what not to do in order to keep good paying customers

I was getting ready to post a 1 star review when my online order of $76.00 took 4 hours. Mind you, this was my FIRST time buying from this dispensary. I spoke with Nick at the 4 hour mark and he assured me my order must be ready. I went down there and the order still wasn't ready! I went outside and waited, I was pretty upset. But then Kevin messaged me and offered me a discount. That took away some of the frustration.. but what really turned my thoughts around was the amazing customer service the budtenders had !! Not only were they very apologetic, they discounted me as well and made sure that I left satisfied. The staff here all around were just amazing and I felt everyone genuinely cared about the issue I had. Please give recognition to the young lady who was working last night around 9-9:30, I didn't get her name.. but she is lightskinned, slim, and has really pretty big curly hair. THANK YOU ALL ! I will return, you guys have the best options/variety. Especially in the edibles.

I absolutely adore this pot shop! They care so deeply about putting good quality products on their shelves, and can discuss each and every product in detail. If you want to know more about the genetics of your favorite strain, they’ll likely know the answer. Oh, and their ATM only has a 50 cent fee!! Unbeatable in all respects. Much love

Stopped in while away on business. I gotta say I love the smaller shops where customer service flows like water.....They had it all from inexpensive outdoor to top shelf indoor and at the prices my wallet could afford. Even better I recieved a Military discount which is rad..The folks behind the counter listened to me go on and on about what I was looking for and I was super stoked with thier recommendation. So glad i chose this place . OH!! the Mexican restaurant next dooris super good. Got my weed and super burrito all in one stop!

This will ALWAYS be my FAV shop. I need to visit more often. The staff ACTUALLY CARES about what you want and will work with you to find the right product. They have also always remembered me with such warm friendlyness it feels like stopping by a friend's house. The prices here are fair and they always have awesome deals. Can't wait for my next stop!

My go to shop and I’m a frequent patron there. Staff seems nice and prices are ok. I’d love to get better deals on oz. or better rewards. Clear choice is cheaper but I like your 1/2oz joint packs. Edit: 5/17/19 wow you ask and you shall receive. This store is awesome. I literally asked about better deals and they just updated a 33% deal. They’re awesome and customer service goes along way with me going to their store even though there’s a lot more in the area. Thank you so much you guys are awesome.I’m not sure what happened to this store, but they have grown grown very lazy and inconsistent. Their sales are nonexistent. Whenever they send you a text message it’s a bait and switch. Also their online prices are horribly wrong in the only excuse is the systems are messed up. So not only do you show up with less money than you need it and you end up arguing with them about a price that they will not change for even the best customers.

It's okay.. Doesn't have excellent customer service . The prices are not good . Parking is crammed into a small lot w/ other businesses & it's hard to get out when you want to leave the parking lot due to street traffic. The place that use to be two five trees is better in every way (3.5) star. I was just not feeling the vibe at this place. I went twice so I gave it a try 🤔 & now I'm done.
