I was thoroughly disappointed after going to House of Dankness for the first time. I have been following the dispo on Instagram for a long time as well as the rare Dankness brand and have always been impressed with the flowers they show online. I have had a number of friends swear to house of Dankness’ quality - needless to say, I had somewhat higher expectations going in than other dispensaries. The problems arose quickly. The receptionist was the nicest employee in the building. Every other employee had an air of apathy and just wanted to leave. To make matters worse, all of the product I bought was subpar. The flower on display looked and smelled great and fresh. Unfortunately, the medical flower i bought is literally 4 MONTHS OLD. Just because it’s in a can does NOT mean it is still fresh or good after that long. The buds were extremely dry, zero frost on them, and they had a horrible terpene profile. It’s unacceptable to have fresh flower on the shelf but to sell old flower. Very disappointed. Would not recommend and do not see myself returning. There is much better flower on the market elsewhere.

Coming from the east coast, this was my first dispensary I visited in CO. I was pretty surprised by the good service and patience they had with an outta towner. I didnt feel rushed and was able to check out every strain. Packaging was nicely sealed but buds were cracker dry, with not much flavor. Not matter, its still way cheaper and the best quality I have had.

If you are looking for some green, they have it. As a dispensery "they pass".The guy at the front window was the nicest person in there but as soon as you walk in the vibe was not chill, it felt like a clinical test in facility.The bud tender might as well been a stump for all the help he gave (you could tell he didnt want to be there) and I was more knowledgeable than he was.The selection of product was mediocre at best and the flow of the place was a cluster because of the check out to the right. The girl at the counter was nice enuff. She did her job.After getting back to my place I got into one of there house products (Rare Dankness) and realized it was completely dry. Plus it was stemmy as hell.All in all, there are better places to go.

I heard about this place from my neighbor when I was 18 years old. The way he described it to me sounded like a candy store only better. I was patient an waited until I was 21. Well I'm 23 now and let's just say I love this place and rarely go anywhere else. Their product is amazing and clean. Very friendly and informative staff as well. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Denver or that lives here an is looking for great weed, concentrates, edibles an so on.

This used to be my go-to place from Jan 2019 when I discovered them until about 2 weeks ago. The past few weeks they have cut back on their deal days on the pre-packaged oz and it's not worth the 40 min drive like before. I believe they have a new manager running things. If you are in the area might be worth stopping by, ill wait until they bring their oz deals back before I return.

pretty dumpy in there.... the staff of this place is rude. the management forgets what the member ship rules are. then tries to up sell a medical member. Then they ban the member for correcting them and bringing their idiotic attitude up. now the house of dank works hard to shut down any outlet for a honest feedback about this identification of wreck Medical for the rec profits. the Scott OG it pretty seedy#420NOCO #420nocoreview

Mixed feelings at first, but I'll give the better side of my experience the spotlight. Flower is dank, the ashes burn white, like they're supposed to, and the prices are decent, especially for a rec spot. If you're a med member like myself, bring your own physical copy the first time you shop, they don't let you email it or print it out on site.

After driving two and a half hours from Breckenridge just for their deals, they wouldn’t except my VALID ID! Just because it has a crack in it. As an employee at another dispensary I know my ID is valid and acceptable by the state. (New Colorado IDs are extremely fragile and it cracked inside my wallet).No compassion from this establishment, word travels fast in the weed industry!

3 strikes your out!! I have a family of 3 all are Medical patients, We all buy atleast 2 ounces EACH a week. We have tried multiple times to take our business here because we love Rare Dankness but everytime we have came all there buds are very DRY and breaks down into dust. Doesn't give you a heavy high like the strains should... Not impressed at all especially after seeing there episode on CannaCribs you would think they would be having some premium top notch buds. I have had Ghost of leeroy, Starkiller, Venom Og, 501st og, mouse trap, cornbread, nanna, all in which I've purchased ounces of on multiple occasions and it has NEVER been sticky or wet. It's always like it been sitting in those jars for a couple weeks. Very disappointed after going out our way multiple times seeking quality bud, just to be disappointed hoping we just got bad batch first an second time around. I wouldn't reccomened anyone here. So far Starbuds on Pecos and Federal Blvd will keep my stoner family's business!!!!

I’m really disappointed in this place because of how good the weed can be. The scotts og is perfect and the harvest ounce I got of it was great. So good I went and restocked when they had a special going again. Unfortunately I got venom og that must have been sprayed with too much something or wasn’t flushed enough. The product is extremely harsh my girl friend and I can’t smoke it. The worst part is when I called to see if anything can be done I was told all sales are final and because I got a discounted product they won’t do anything for me (all the flower they were selling yesterday was discounted so I don’t understand that reasoning). I know how it must sound working at a recreational store and someone calling about how the smoke is harsh. There must be a lot of people coming from out of state and don’t smoke acceptable cannabis, who are visiting this place, and don’t understand that smoking is naturally harsh. but I know that this product is not quality. The only reason I’m giving them a 2 and not a 1 is because the scotts og was so perfect for me and at a right price for my budget. I’d still take the offer of them making this up somehow. Not sure if they care at all though.
