I visited this location on two separate occasions, both with incident. The first visit was 5/2/2020, around 8:45pm when I was told by security I wasn't able to come in due to two other patients ahead of me. I left and returned the next morning 5/3/2020 and spoke with the team Lead who identified herself as "the store manager", which she lied about, and she argued with me in regards to my concerns with the posted store hours and the security not allowing customers in before closing. I advised her a sign properly notifying customers about being turned away 15 means prior to closing would be beneficial in making customers aware instead of upsetting them from taking the drive to your location and not being serviced. She completely looked at me with a blank stare and replied we can't service anyone after 9pm. I told her it wasn't 9pm, it was beforehand with only 2 people ahead, there needs to be something in writing posted for customers to be aware, and she asked me to leave and never return. The other young lady working was acting as if she was the team Lead's cheerleader in egging her on with the aggressiveness and putting me out. She told the security guard I'm 86'd out (wow real professional right?) She stated I have plenty time in the day of the 13 hours the store is open to make a visit (like I'm not aware of the business hours and I've been coming to that location well before the new staff of Kolas and the team lead were there.) The things she said to me, being a long time paying customer was beyond rude, unprofessional, and belittling. I'd like the surveillance to be watched by the proper management and the employees involved reprimanded for their actions. I respect all policies of a business, but being treated like dirt on the ground based on my concerns with customer service is not okay. Please feel free to reach out to me, as I tried to get a hold of the REAL manager Dom, but was turned down and hung up on by the staff. Take your money elsewhere they don't care about customers at all.

The front desk lady Completely ignored me until someone else walked in and on top of that any words that came out of her mouth was completely rude! The person who came in after me left and most likely went somewhere else and I will be doing the same from here on out because of her. I will be telling all of my weed friends not to go here either if they want to be treated with respect..

Checked out this place a couple days ago and was really impressed. From the security guards to literally every worker I came in contact with was overall a great experience. This was the first shop I visited being from Texas and I had an account opened and was back in the shop in no time, thanks so much John for answering every single one of my many questions with enthusiasm and respect. The House of Organics is my store, they are one of the best in my book. They are so knowledgeable, very helpful, very kind. And I love how they stay right with you and they always have an answer everytime you ask them questions.Like, I went in there today and John Y helped me, such a nice man he had a anwser for every CBD question I had, now Because of his knowledge I know a lot more about the CBD products. They are very loyal to what they do and I love that.I Have beem a smoker for about 44 yrs. now and through out the years there has been so many changes in cannabis I don't even know what's, what anymore so I'm glad we have these cannabis people to help.

I’m giving this one star bc of my experience today. The short haired blonde girl with glasses (who I guess is their new GM) has the worst attitude. Quit ruining people’s vibes. The security guard there and the workers and security at Cloud 9 also knew of this rude girl. Other patrons came to them w/ complaints about how they were treated by her at HOG. Says a lot when your reputation sucks throughout the industry. Also learn your place girly and remember that the customer is always right. I refuse to give them anymore of My business. All bc of her condescending uninvited attitude. So they couldn’t return my item no big deal would have bought a brand new one from the girl who originally was helping me. So she lost out on the sale bc her boss is a jerk to be as kind and sensored as I can. I will be contacting the owners.

House of Organics is one of my favorite dispensaries. Quality flower is the reason I came, but the customer service is the reason I come back. The staff is knowledgable and listens to the needs of the patient. There are specials most days of the week and there are enough other things (edibles, concentrates, clones, etc...) to try to keep the experience fresh. Check it out, I'll definitely be back.

Worst club I been to. If you usually smoke flower then don't come here. Low variety, weed looks all outdoor. Looks low quality. Basically paying 40 an 8th for stems. They poorly handled the flower. Staff seemed to not know much about their own product. Only allowed to pay by the gram. And their best flower by the 8th. I just Wouldn't recommend.

First off I would like to thank everyone for giving me such wonderful customer service from the moment I walk in to the time I walk out. I love the selection of medicine available always of quality and reasonably priced and the knowledgeable staff whose suggestions always have me leaving happy :-) P.s. And to the dude who was giving away free bags of edibles you made my day thank you very much I was having a long day .

They have a large variety of products, strains and a wide variety of brands. Its in a discrete location and even though it is popular I have never really had to wait to get service. All the staff is educated, at least enough to help me, they have always known their inventory and have good suggestions. Its also pretty sweet that they have an ATM inside with a really low fee so you never have to worry about forgetting to bring cash or using an ATM that isn't your bank.

I can say this is a Day One Crew. From the jump great experience. As I had shown up more they ordering process got easier and the conversations more stimulating. Especially after the hits from Jimmy Skiithouu that 24/7 Smoke I'm going to send this to the fam in SD Tyris Kymaera, because I know if slapping this had me riding with a pen and pad and I haven't written raps since the 90s damn near almost since Big went, that it would put some dope artistry in my man's vocal genius. Stop by get that album get something to help curve that apitite, thirst, or need for weed because you can get it all here. Great staff I went with my favorite bud-tenders referral of the 3 for $12 70mg chocolates I'm thinking 1 really chocolaty 210mg Rice Krispy or a 140mg one and letting one chocolate dissolve in my mouth and let the warm mixed melt of thc and chocolate drizzle down my esophagus to give my oral a coat of sweet thc so when I smoke my oral already is preped for the intake of marijuana and more ready to filter the thc straight into my systems. Thanks house of organics can't wait to buy some butter for my holiday cooking. See yall soon stay up.
