DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT UNEVEN EYRBROWS. The lady did not even pay attention to me while working on me ! She had full attention on the conversation she was having with her coworker and when I asked her to fix the arch on my eyebrow she plucked like 2 hairs and sat me back up leaving my eyebrows looking exactly the same ! 0 out of 5 stars NEVER EVER GO THERE

First of all there are other places near by that are cheaper and have the best quality of everything. Regardless of that I wanted to try a new place and ended up here. The lady messed up my eyebrows so bad that now I have a bald spot. She didn’t even apologize she just told me it was there before, I’m pretty sure not because I felt her yank it out. I gave it another try and my other experience was just as bad with another lady. It’s also not the best looking place to be in. Chairs are puted in a weird direction, and it doesn’t seem up to date. If you read this far, bottom line is, go to another place.

Horrible. If you have full-thick eyebrows; do not come here! I Specifically told the lady twice, before she started my eyebrows to leave them thick and just to clean them up!! When I looked in mirror, half of my brows were Gone!!! She yelled at me and stated they'll grow back and next time ask for a clean up (which I requested). She said anyone will say they are cute...which was totally besides the point...If I Specifically Told You Not To Touch The Shape and To Clean Up Only, Then That's What I Expect. I have thick eyebrows and I would like to preserve them...not be walking around looking like her...or drawing them back....Horrible experience...obviously they can't do eyebrows if they can't clean them up without chopping them halfway off. (Glad I had extra brows to spare!!)

Poor customer service, didn't thread properly, the girl was on the phone most of the time. She was in a hurry and was hurting me by pulling my hair, I told her to stop so I could hold my hair back and she kept on going because she was rushing, she didn't even do a good job, I still gave her a tip, she didn't even say thank you, she went back on the phone. Very rude. Unpleasant experience.
