Feedback:

Even with the renovation Remains: poor management, unsafe environment for kids due to shootings, construction workers are unqualified ,rude, messy, and inconsiderate, treat people here like they are below because it’s low income. Free parking is a nightmare - allowing people to say overnight who don’t live here brings drama and trouble. On the positive note the lighting is spectacular but unfortunately doesn’t stop people from shooting.
