Slowest moving people alive must have hired the regects from Walmart across the street. Came here with literally no one is waiting room and it's still taken 2 hours. And the wait time to be discharged... more

I was just there on valentines day for my daughter has an ear infection. I wasnt asked about insurance untill after being seen. So my insurance was not accepted. My time was wasted so was the companies time. I was offered to leave with the medication prescription but was told i would be billed at home.....i could have just gone smewhere else had i known. While handing over my insurance, front desk took a phone call without saying anything to me. Very unproffessional. She claimed it was kathy her supervisor . i can hear them discussing about a scampi or food. I just sat down. Once again UNPROFFESSIONAL. i was told by front reception i should switch my insurance cos molina isnt basically not accepted everywhere. Bunch of rude morons working here not a friendly place at all. If u like uninformed idiots then please come to this urgent care.

This hospital should be in a third world country. They shouldn't call it Dignity Health Urgent care. They should call it Low Dignity Slow Care. The 3 women that sits there to do the paper work for the patients are very slow and they talk to each other while you are waiting for them to talk to you. My insurance is with Kaiser. I went there for my daughter because they are one block from my house. I will never go there.

I had a appointment and was out within a hour . But the PA was a young African American lady and she didn’t even look at my child hairs before saying he has a ringworm. She said he needed a oral medicine and to go to his primary care doctor. Then told me he prolly has eczema and needs to wash up twice a day. I usually always come here but this will definitely be my last time. Her attitude and professionalism was horrible and of course she didn’t have a tag on so I don’t know her name

I went in for a few stitches and the staff was super friendly and they took care of everything quickly.The one-star reviews on here are funny. I'm completely satisfied getting in and out in two hours because I am a reasonable person, the types of people who complain about that type of thing are most likely irrational and there is no way to please them. And the guy who is upset about his "airway complaint" who showed up at an urgent Care instead of an ER is still alive, so I'm guessing it wasn't a real airway emergency.

And the wait time to be discharged is disgusting. And to be seen for a breathing problem and possible foreign object in throat is hilarious. You're better off calling 911 if it is something potentially life threTethrea or an actualurgenta matter.

I absolutely hate this place.. they had me waiting in the room for the longest while they were just talking outside.. I go and ask when I’m gonna be helped and the PA (Nancy) starts arguing with me.. I have a strep throat obviously I want to go home & they’re outside having the time of their life.. they had me go home the day before because they couldn’t verify my insurance .. turns out they could’ve sent out a fax to verify the next day .. I hate this place .. not coming back .. BTW fist time I leave a review for anything. That’s how upset and disappointed I am with this place.

Everyone is so kind, accommodating, and professional! Sweethearts! Great bedside manner! They stayed open after hours to help me with smiles! Fast service too! My insurance was not updating online and they had patience to work with us for an extra half hour even though it never updated, so they let us out without paying and we're going to get them taken care of tomorrow. They also hooked me up with crutches and ace bandages, an Xray as well as good prescriptions for pain. Hopefully I won't need to go back but I would go if I had to! I'd also recommend it to anyone who needs treatment.

I am beyond mad with this place. I've been waiting a couple of days since going there because I wanted to calm down I went there Monday June 11, 2018 I had twisted my ankle and needed help because I didn't know I'd I broke it. I made an appointment for 2pm they called me back right away which I was happy about. After the nurses took my vitals and asked some general questions they left. One then comes back 10 mins later and takes me to get x-rays he then takes me back to my room I wait another 10 mins for the doctor to come in. All the staff but her were very respectful and polite. This women I cant even tell you her name because she never introduced herself she walks in never made eye contact with me never told me who she was she was in the room with me maybe 5 mins I think even that would be pushing it. She looked at my foot told me I didn't break it and said they would wrap it and give me crutches and walked out. The male nurse then walks back in and explains to me what to do to take care of it I then asked him if they would give me some pain medication because it hurt he said yes the doctor will I walked out of the room paid and checked out they gave me a prescription for motrin the doctor didn't even ask to see what I had taken I've been taking motrin since I was in 7th grade severely because I have scoliosis motrin does nothing for me but she didn't even care to ask I am extremely disappointed in this place I have never had this type of treatment from a doctor. It makes me even more mad that I paid my $75 copay for this type of treatment.

First and foremost let me just say I use to recommend every I knew to come here, sadly in the couple of years they have gotten horribly bad. Save your self a bad experience and go somewhere else.Check in fine, the nurse who takes vitals is good to, the doctor on the other hand comes in looks at the paper work asks a question or two and then walks out. Nurse come in, let's you know to wait in the lobby for a prescription ? Seriously come on Digity Health(highland) ? Then your prescription is given to you in the lobby, I personally don't think they are following all HIPPA requirements. Last of all, the person who gathered my insurance information didn't know what she was doing. Billed it wrong , so now I have to take time out my schedule to get it cleared up. It's very disappointing , hope you guys make all the improvements you need to keep your patients. My review is base upon three visits within the last year. Not all for me but was present in the room at all times.
