Feedback:
Told the to call when they got to our place and no call for an hour. So we called back in and they said they the address said they didn’t order the pizza. Then we inquired why they didn’t call to make sure they got the right place? They couldn’t give us an answer. So they said they would make another trip but it would take another 47 min and specifically asked if the driver could please call. Still no call another hour later and they said they delivered our pizza to the wrong address. We asked why didn’t they call and again no answer why they didn’t. Not cool

I have never been so disappointed with dominosAside from them forgetting my soda on the delivery the pizza is burnt and so is the chickenSeriously??? We won’t be eating this mess Guess I need to find a new pizza spot

Pizza is great as always. With the covid-19 happening we can’t enter the store for pickup. So standing at the door I saw a female employee and told her I was here to pick up my order, that my app told me it was ready and I have a pie pass. She rudely replied to me and told me if it was ready she’d bring it out. Instead she went to the register and stood there doing nothing. It took 5 min for an employee to come out and I had to pester him to get my order because she for whatever reason refused to bring it out. I was wearing a mask and gloves so I didn’t see why there was a problem. Besides the fact that she clearly hates her job. Very disappointed with the customer service and care with everything going on. Hopefully the manager at this location (off of foothill and mountain) can use this as a training tool on HOW NOT to treat customers during a pandemic.

You wouldn't think a 'chain' pizza place would be this good but it is.It's a real god-send when you have such a schedule and responsibilities that leaving or cooking dinner is an undue hassle.And as an added bonus, when you schedule your delivery for a later time in advance, they arrive with your pizza, on time, to the minute. It's uncanny. You could set your watch by their punctuality.

If you have a bill under 100$, you'll likely be fine. I placed an order online, visited to pay and pick up and was turned away because they don't take 100$ bills. Suggested that visiting the nearby Walgreens or CVS would possibly help break it. After foolishly taking the time to try the suggested destination, I realized that I no longer wanted to do business with this establishment.

The staff was very friendly and nice! They dressed up for Halloween and had great costumes. The girl that was dressed up as a pizza was very friendly and gave us a couple pieces of candy and a free liter of coke with our pizza because we had to wait a few minutes for our pizza’s to be ready, which we didn’t mind at all. Again great staff and friendly!

We ordered online and was told it would 25-35 min. It’s been almost an hour and still haven’t received our food. When my wife called for an update they put her on hold and forgot about her. When we called a second time the employee first told us they didn’t even have our order (despite what my domino tracker said) and now they’re saying the driver probably has it. I would give this place zero stars if possible. It’s bad enough when your food is late, but it’s inexcusable when your employees are apathetic and unprofessional.

Forgot my soda, got my pizza nice and warm tho so.... eh...but tasty pizza tho so... Got my soda delivered here 10 min after I got my pizza. Would have been sooner if they answered the first call. Added 4 - 5 min.All in all - good save Domino's. I didn't want to go out and I didn't. Thanks

This rating is solely based on the lack of customer service or concern for the customer. I walked in and ordered my pizza gentlemen who took my order was helpful. Other people walked in and did the same thing. Now my issue is one of the guys making the pizza took it upon himself to ask everybody else who walked in after me what my name was however not once did he ask me what my name was. So then I got up started walking around looking and seeing what was going on with my pizza. The guy not once asked me my name. Haley must have noticed the frustration growing so she took it upon herself to ask me for my name? I replied Michelle. Haley went to the I have an area and came forward with my pizza so my question is how long was my pizza sitting there and how much longer would I have to have waited till somebody asked for my name to check and see if my pizza was ready? Thank you Haley! If I could write you personally I would give you 5 stars.

if I could give it a negative star I would.this is the worst pizza I have ever ordered,it was cold and uncooked. plus they took forever to give me my order.don't buy from this location it's going to be a waste of money
