Some of the best prices for concentrates in ALL of Eugene. Great staff, great selection! I refer everyone i know to Hwy 99 cannabis, and not a single one has been even slightly disappointed.

Starting though my review is not based on the weed quality I have no idea. But the environment is cozy and funny when you first walk in. There isn't an overpowering smell of weed so that when you smell things you don't actually know what's mixing. They have a pretty good selection and don't judge if you don't know a lot.

A treat selection of $10 dabs. Also CBDiscovery for $20. Nice staff. The only down side is there flower is old...a lot of flower from 2017.
