One Day I went to Emergency room around with my father he did give me a ride over there around late night for only bad poor high blood pressure and bad SERIOUS case of nausea and vomiting It was very bad Scary painful Emergency Room visits for me and my Unhappy father was to worried about me was Dying of any pain near Death so much all night but They do not very much for Me I was in pain of course from my bad poor Healthcare systems not taking care of myself not Very Good Enough Being Healthy I was having Bad Heart problems for eating too much of junk food Because bad diet SERIOUSLY I did through I was dying out forever from heart attack but i didnt got it one so far as Well I'm doing Better to Being healthy than old Days so far as Well

I can't BELIEVE how poorly I was treated and the rampant politically-charged, passive-aggressive environment. The passive aggressiveness is out of control. Too many angry, angry introverts working here. It's union so it's impossible for mgmt to get rid of the worst employees. The nice employees, and there seemed to be many, are held hostage by the angry ones.Go somewhere else for care-unless you are an angry, passive-aggressive person. In which case, you'll be at home. Not a friendly place, not a happy place. 'Thrive'-no.

FOR NEUROLOGICAL DISORDER DO NOT GO TO DOCTOR SAMIRA SAGHAFI.....I would give zero if I could. I wish I had never gone to this office. There are so many reasons not to see this doctor. she never took my problems seriously. every time when I brought some problems to her attention she started laughing at me. she is very unprofessional and treating the patient in a horrible way. DO NOT EVER GO TO HER.

I'm going to try to be objective. I waited over two hours just to get an eye stye checked. When I walked in, there was only one person in the waiting room besides me. They made me wait 45 minutes just to be taken to a room, where they made me wait over an hour before a nurse walked by and went over to the next room, where I heard him tell the doctor "don't forget your patient in room **". The doctor then spent only 3 minutes before telling me he was going to give me antibiotics. He gave no reasoning or explanation. I then was required to wait in the room for another 25 minutes before he came back with the information for my medicine. I'll spare you my experience of receiving my medicine. I was very disappointed in this hospital and the way I was treated. I am seriously considering switching medical insurers, for this isn't my first incident with Kaiser. I would not recommend coming here.

My wife and I just had our little baby girl here, and we could. It have been more pleased. From the amount of care my wife received to the attention to detail from the nurses, midwifes and doctors, our experience was beyond excellent. Here’s a photo that was taken in the postpartum/well baby room.

This facility houses friendly knowledgeable medically trained and licensed medical staff that have kept me alive for 14 years after a near fatal head-on car collision on 09-01-2005. Kaiser patients must be proactive in their own care. Research everything your doctors are doing for you. Otherwise, doctors and every specialist will control your life with pills and misery. If you want to stay in control, you know your body the best. If a pharmaceutical pill gives you a side effect, get off of it! Unless you have a disease or disorder without a cure, return to nature!!! I've used everything in Nature to counteract all the 26 prescription drugs that literally destroyed my life, my family, and changed my future by almost killing me and two other young women. The near fatal crash was caused by Kaiser pharmacy unable to fill meds because of the "Donut Hole". That event along with 14 blood born infections has shortening my life by 30 to 40 years. Those infections were caused by the refusal of Kaiser specialists and doctors to amputate my right ankle for 10 years after being crushed in the car crash, my worst injury. I fought for my amputation, and have yet to be hospitalized for another blood born infection since 06-27-2015. The date I got my life back through the generosity and skills of one amazing surgeon...MY ANGEL...Dr.. Kamran Aurang, MD. My book will be out soon. Once in the Medical System, you will die in the system unless you take control of your own life and life style changes required to stay active, healthy and free of pills. The volunteers come in to give the, mostly cancer patients, a little break . when we walked in they were playing Phantom of the Opera! After sitting down a volunteer named Max brought us St.Patricks Day coffee with whip cream......she went the extra mile with everyone in the wauting room. Share a hug if needed and a smile too! Thank You Max and Kaiser!! It's the little things that make a difference!

The hoo-hoo Dr was nice to the wife. In fact, everybody we ran into was nice. The place is fairly large and it was easy to get lost.So we got lost. Three times.Some nice person posted maps all over the place. So, that was nice.In all, it was very nice

Overall clean and organized. Visited on a Saturday, in March 2018 around AM/Noon. They need better personnel at the emergency check in & should have multiple nurses and interpretors at all times. Moreover, the current staff needs to be replaced. A Filipino looking man at the front desk was really angry and had a poor, bitter, hateful attitude during an already stressful time.
