This is without a doubt the best Optometry office I have ever been to... The staff was extremely helpful and friendly, and very knowledgeable about their craft. Not only did they do my eye exam right there on the spot but they also ordered my glasses, and called me to be fitted 5 days sooner than they were supposed to... The glasses came in early so they contacted me, I went in right before closing and the girls took great care of me. I would give this place more than five stars if I could, they would it get at least 7, and 10 when they fit me for my contacts next month. I'm not exactly the easiest customer to deal with and I realize that, but they have all kinds of glasses for everyone young and old , and even helped me pick out the right frames. I cannot begin to tell you how grateful I am to these people, and I will certainly recommend them over any other Optometry in Las Vegas. I'm The Las Vegas Gold Picker💍~~~ya hear me¿

This is a place with a pleasant, friendly, very kind and caring staff. I had my eyes dilated for the first time in my life i'm 43 been wearing glasses since 2nd grade was scared of it. they explained the process and made sure it was simple and they checked on me often. they have all of the current state of the are testing equipment and explained everything about the test. The staff is awesome, helpful, kind and did not mind questions at all, The Dr is so nice as is the rest of the staff

I Care Optometry is THE ONLY optometrist I ever want to go to.! The staff has always been amazing at not only what they do, but each and every employee is caring, understanding, and has a genuinely kind personality. The only money I had to cough up was 2 years ago for the initial dilation. The first appointment I did basic testing looking for blurs, shakes, dots, colors, and I received a small puff of air that made me a bit teary eyed. After the basic tests I did(which I've now done every 6 months since), I had scheduled my 2nd appointment for the dilation. When i went to the 2nd appointment and has my eyes dilated for the 1st time ever, they let me know what was happening, going to happen, how it may feel, and how to really react to something I've never thought of as more than a word. I couldn't necessarily see clearly after wards however, the staff not only helped me get around, provided me with protective eye wear, but we're also patient with how indecisive i am, and answered all 10 million questions i'd thought of, plus some. They figure out the details of my prescription, and luckily thought ahead of me when it came to my frame, because we'd already selected it before dilation. I had tried on practically each and every frame in sight! I laughed at a few that I definitely couldn't pull off, next I constantly switched between the types of frames I did like, and then went even further to trying on every color of the frame style I liked at least 3 - 5 times each at least. They made sure absolutely everything about my glasses had been comfortable and exactly to my preference.The only time I had been rushed, was as a walk-in patient, and that's quite an awesome thing anywhere your expecting some kind of wait time. They answered each question knowledgeably and even went to the extent of simplifying anything I didn't necessarily understand. Each employee is very patient, knowledgeable, and still managed to make me feel important (even as someone who'd changed my mind about the frames i preferred at least 7 times plus once more before the lenses were fitted to the last frame I thought I wanted.) Last year i had received the wood textured frame for my prescription glasses. I've never seen that anywhere else, unless other optometrists have kept the unique style from me! Lol! However they had been stolen 3 or 4 months after and enjoyed by someone who probably never figured out they were prescription and were to help me see! A year flew by and i kept a blurry eye on the date i could receive my new pair completely for free! I finally have my new pair of glasses on as i write this even! I never want to take them off to risk the chance of losing them ever again.! Lol! They are comfortable, completely adorable, and when anyone even brings them up I jump to telling them about where I got them, and how easy I Care Optometry makes it to get them! (:

I highly recommend Dr. Hsueh; she takes her time, was very informative, patient and helpful. JR was very helpful with choosing eyeglasses and found a pair that was both comfortable and stylish, without costing me too much. The front and back office staff are also very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back here if I ever need new glasses or have any eye concerns.
