Very disappointed with the service been a loyal customer for a while ive donated a good amount weekly for a while now recently they changed there hours 9-5 I work 8-5 I'm aware the world dosent revolve around me so I tried to make accommodations to continue my business with them twice I've been turned away calling between 430-5 so today I called hours in advance explaining the situation they denied delivery to my place of business (wich I understand) i asked if I would be able to place an order around the time.i got off work i was told yes only to call back after work and once again be turned away and left without my meds for the day this isnt the first time I've been given wrong information by staff so after being turned away 3 times and given wrong information again I've decided to take my business else where when I spoke to the manager he didnt even so much as try to fix it or offer an apology infact he basically blamed the employee and told me im out of luck for a business that claims to care about there customers they sure havent shown that and dont do a good job educating there employees on "policy" while the customer is.left to deal with the consequences
