I have shopped only with them for over a yr now they have the best flower in town wether its top shelf or bottom they have yet to sell me something I wasnt happy with and hell what shop opens at7am IMC does they are one big happy family that makes u feel at home and part of there family they are awesome all the way around thanks for being there for us

I’ve been to this place 4 times now, and the dude upfront who signs in customers is extremely rude. Absolutley no customer service skills. No smile, no greeting, just a crummy attitude. He makes a bad impression on this business. All the other staff is wonderful, with great customer service. I hope somebody can train the dude up front on the evening shift. I’ll be back in a few weeks and will revise my review if he has been properly trained.

This dispensary is extremely shady. The whole presentation is just "street." Their housemade edibles, specifically the gummy worms, are labeled as 300mg, but the entire pack produced absolutely no effect. Stick with brand named edibles because 10mg will produce a high. Not sure why they are scamming people, but that is not how you get people to come back.They threw a complimentary cone in and the entire thing did nothing as well. This is my first experience with marijuana in years so I knew something was wrong with their product.I went to another local dispensary and they were clean, organized and the product actually worked.

This shop is my favorite shop, let me be more clear though it is my only shop. It is my one stop shop. I love this place for many reasons. 1. I met these wonderful people at their old location, and I have followed them to this new one and they are still the same great and super helpful people. Shout out to Christina, Lia ( i think her name is Lia i might be wrong or spelling it wrong), Matt, Sil (hope im getting that right), and that other curly headed cutie i forget her name though ill ask and edit this later she occasionally wears glasses i think... anyway! you guys are all super amazing and make my experience that much greater. 2. The prices and selection. You honestly cannot beat it especially if youre on a budget like me. I can get everything I need for 20 or less, but i only need herb and concentrate usually. If youre a big spender you can really have some fun here. I can go on forever but i think those two points are the most important to other patients.

First time visiting this place was awesome. Really freindly and fast service, including paperwork etc, I was there for less than ten minutes. Left with an awesome deal on an oz of their low end flowers, which turned out to be pretty damn good stuff. I must say I've paid way more for worse products elsewhere. Their top shelf looks good too, not overpriced and a nice variety. I have shopped around and so far this is the best shop for a good deal in the Bakersfield area. I would recommend this place to anyone.

No offense but. Where's the real top shelf. Good lab oils. CBD. The only thing I saw good was the LAB products. You know for sure then. I don't see purple skunk. Where's the northern California medical. Would have thought you where dealing with higher end medical. Your top shelfs are low grades in northern California. Sad Bakersfield has to suffer to low grade growth. Take the time head north. Worth the money.
