Feedback:

Had an issue over 3 months ago, Lindsay (only manager at the time of issue) spoke to me when happened and told me next time I came in she would resolve issue. It took up to now to actually see her in person again, she recalled talking to me but sent (new manager) Alice over. She said she had no idea what the issue was (why was she talking to me, not Lindsay) explain what happened. She stared at the screen, reviewing my customer page while I explained what happened. Alice kept saying "mhmmm, yea, I see" as if she wasnt even listening and I doubt she was. Then said they dont do things to resolve issues like this, but she'd give me 5$ off and just stared at me... Can tell ya she will bring this company down and I hope so if treat patients like this...
