I have been buying from these guys for north of 6 years. Generally ok service although on the pricey end. I recently ordered 20 pre-rolls. Pretty much all of them were too tight and un smokable. I contacted them for a replacement thinking no big deal of course they will do this for a client who has spent tens of thousands here. Nope, no refund, no alternative. I was told to bust them open and use the herb so I didn't feel like I was wasting it. Stay away. Prices keep going up as well. Lots of better alternatives out there.
