After a strenuous day on the pot I needed to hit the dispensary so I went to the other side of town to livewell for a change and see what's new. I ordered online because I heard through a solid source the walk-in line could get longer than dirk digglers dong I chose wisely because when I got there dirk was stimulated to say the least the online side was more my speed. I checked in no problemo and walked in to the wonderful smell of cannabis in the air when what to my wondering eyes should appear two bud tenders I haven't seen in a year, Salt!Pepper! Chelsey Chelsea, definitely a dank duo! Nice, I'll definitely be back. High quality sales associates make a big difference in dispo choice for this partaker. The selection is what you'd expect from anywhere prices are as good as well.

Johnathon, a very intelligent and kind employee, was able to help me into the store during this hectic pandemic situation with utmost respect, and was keeping the lobby calm while a lot of customers were edgy about the wait. I worked in the industry for four years and have never seen such professional lobby work. As always, my budtender was amazing and able to listen. ❤

Great environment to shop. Bud-tenders are very helpful and friendly. I was disappointed that you were completely out if Willies Reserve flower. Would be great to see more bud options of this caliber. I appreciate your Platinum flower but where is the Cheech or the Chong or the Snoop or the Method? Any additions would be greatly appreciated.

They really need to step up their medical side. I’ve been a member for 2 years now and the selection has gotten worse and worse, and they’re usually out of stock of multiple items in that limited selection. Very frustrating. Ever since the pandemic, the medical customer service has TANKED. I get they’re dealing with a lot, and rec is where the money is, but at least try to make it look like you care about the medical clients during a health crisis... They hardly even check to see if there is a medical customer waiting, so you stand there aimlessly for 20 minutes trying to get someone’s attention. Today, they decided to close 15 minutes early and just not tell anyone? I was standing there waiting the whole time and couldn’t get someone on the phone either. They also don’t have the med hours listed on the doors, so it’s obvious where they’re priority is. It makes me wanna shop around for better med dispensaries and not renew my membership...if anyone has suggestions let me know!

Placed an online order at 930, said it would be ready at 11. Checked in at 11:10, they couldn't find my order. Waited 20 mins in line, got to the register, still couldn't find my order. Come back and said they ran out of what I ordered, and offered me something $40 more. I understand that things that run out, but that is very easy to communicate via email or when I first got there. you just wasted 30 mins of my time. For something that was supposed to be a convenient, fast pick up.

Dude, Paul, the new guy. A+. Doesnt matter that he's new, could carry on a conversation with intelligence while assessing the order. Was honest about never smoking concentrates before and used his peers to give not only good feedback but provided great banter. Happy to see him working there. Wish there was a way to request certain budtenders in the future, but I understand the privacy that involves.Will be back!

Normally a pretty smooth experience but not today. Short story: Two separate preorders, a convo with customer service, and THREE SEPARATE TRIPS to get what I needed. Long story: I couldn’t go myself so I thought, I’ll send someone and put in a preorder, quick and easy. I wish. I sent in my first order (after confirming exactly what they would need to pick it up on the sites FAQ’s) and made sure the person picking it up had the code and met the requirements. Then a while later I get a text from the person who’s supposed to pick it up for me that Livwell will not allow people to pick up orders that are not placed in their name. Not a huge deal as the person had other errands to run and was able to swing by again a short time later. I double checked the site and confirmed I had read it right the first time. I called customer service who confirmed that this issue was brought to their attn yesterday. The instructed me to place a new order in the name of the person picking up. This forced me to put all their personal info in and sign them up for rewards to get the price I was expecting to pay as per Livwell’s website. They are annoyed, I am annoyed, but whatever, we are supposed to have found a solution. So the person swings back by, waits for a notification, and not getting one, goes in to ask about the order. Livwell has no record of it. They text me and get ready to leave town, incredibly frustrated at this point. I call them and let them know they should also have received an email, which they check, and find, so they head back to wait in the regular line, which takes way longer and buy the stuff in the regular order that should have been ready in the online order Livwell said they didn’t have. I go to Livwell because it’s usually convenient and decent deals, but after today I will definitely not use their preorder again and if someone else in town has a WORKING preorder system, I’ll probably go there instead and you should too.

Larissa was amazing! She is very knowledgeable and a delight. She got me just what I needed and more. Very pleased with live resin and the awesome dab pen. Which is what I have tried so far, I cant wait to try the rest and go back for more. Austin also helped out and was extremely fun. I would recommend to everyone. Top notch all the way. I shop here every day! My experience has always been great with the exception of today! My bud tender was R-Jeo whom claim to be a manager (which was a lied)! The most unprofessional and disrespected I have ever been treated! He mug at the end like he wanted to fight. He continued to mug me until I had to say something. I felt unwelcome until real manager came and talked to me and apologized for the poor service. Which is why I gave a two stars stead of one. As a regular paying customer you should be able to pick what you want not what he wanted to sell me. He felt obligated to help me and did everything with an attitude! If you hate your job so much then you should find a passion where u not miserable! Not sure why he did what he did cause everyone knows me and treats me with respect before. I feel like he will want to fight next time I go in, I never back down u can believe I won’t!
