THE BEST DISPENSARY! Staff is nice and quick with service. Supply is awesome something for everybody. Best Prices In The Desert! They have a point system so 10 pts every dollar spent. I just got 25.00 off my purchase and Wed. Is 10% off. If you want selection, good price, great staff...head here! Awesome!!!UPDATE 2/2020USE TO BE FRIENDLY STAFF NOT NOW!RUDE STAFF makes for a rotten time and very disappointing! I am a frequent customer and they could.care less if they are nice to you let alone if they even have the product you seek. I just went there and some rude lady having obviously a bad day made the whole experience horrible! Enough I'm looking for a new place that appreciates a returning customer!

IVTHC not only offers a great selection of products (flower, vapes, edibles, CBD, etc.), but they also emphasize a great shopping experience for every customer coming in. The staff is friendly and always up to date on all of the newest products. They're never low on stock, so one never has to worry about picking up their favorite item.This shop also often has vendors come in running special deals, which adds a lot of excitement to the venue.The RAD vapes team is one of those vendors, and absolutely loves to come by whenever we can. We're looking forward to swinging by again soon! :)

This place is awesome, great staff and great stuff. Like most places some bud can be a little dry, yet ask for a moisture pack to throw in your jar, or get a piece of lemon/orange to revitalize the bud, this is standard for most places period. Their top shelf goes for approx. $220, non top is approx. $120. Happy hour 2:20 - 4:20 err day, 20% off 😊😤💨🔥.Charles & Christy-

Prices are very reasonableEmployees are pleasant and seem to have solid product knowledge. Great variety of merchandise and product. They purchase from outside licensed growers rather than owning the production from growth to sales. They have no control over growth quality but yours control over what is on the shelf and have a greater variety than most. AND, they don't roll their eyes when you say something stupid (cuz nobody ever says stupid stuff at the pot shop... )

By far the friendliest store in Desert Springs. The prices are the fairest in the valley. Everyone one here has been super friendly, parient, and informative. Have visited this store a few times and every time it is a good experience, thanks to the staff. I would recommend this store as a first and only stop for the Palm Springs area.

Ivtch has no loyalty to there returing customers they sold me old marijuana!!! an when i tryed to exchange it they didnt want to do it they didnt even try to help me out not good at all for business especially for there returing customers...the marijuana was old an brown an im a customer that comes in 3 times a week now i will not be returning they lost my business. Customer service is a 2 star for me as well to , the employees seem tired an burnt out from there shift or not enough enthusiasm about there store... Very disappointed ...if a customer isnt happy with there purchase they should try to make them happy...

This place wasted my time. I have a service dog that fits in a small messengers bag and we've allowed inside of here before. These guys do not allow device dogs because apparently "they will contaminate the product." If you know anything about dogs, saliva, germs etc... it's quite impossible for a little chihuahua to contaminate anything while sitting in a bag. My friends and I will get our stuff from down the street from now on... thanks.

This place is great with their product and staff and would get a five star rating just for that - but I am sharing one particular experience that in my opinion makes them deserve 100 out of 5 stars.My dog was diagnosed with very serious intestinal cancer, and hurt and no where to turn I received information from friends that CBD oil helps pets with their pain. I called not sure if they had pet products in particular or special instructions for pets. Turns out, Stephanie, who answered the phone, has excellent knowledge on the subject and they carried a product for pets that was very affordable.When I showed up to pick up the product the owner was also arriving, and he could not have been more kind and understanding about how special my little furry friend is. He went through the best products and explained to me further why they were helped doses and more.Gizmo, my friend, just had his first dose and we'll see how he does. But whatever happens - IVTHC will always be a spot I recommend for this experience - on top of their selection and, well obviously, phenomenal staff.

First time going to a shop since being able to without card and prior never had a card so never been in a shop . Went here today and the girl who helped me out was honestly probably the best help I've gotten from a employee. She showed me around stayed close by showing and explaining things to me. She was patent and very friendly . wish I could remember her name but she was cool . Also she wrote down upcoming sales and deals for me to check out. And she also explain and gave you details into items and explained the effects& her personal experiences erience with them . I got hooked up for my first time going too , I got 6 little stickers a red grinder a fat 8th of Tahoe OG ( a hybrid) that is actually pretty good, concidering I like head highs more then body.. also two mini cones and a ten dollar cone of some Old Golden Goat. since they were out of the house cone, but that was a nice replacement. Anywho just saying they are friendly , have great bud nice selection and the workers are great and helpful and the prices are fair for what you get . Keep up the good work
