Fast and Efficient for Medical patients. Ease of online ordering. They run out of too many items which are shown to be in stock, when submitting your order online. They tell you they're out of stock when you get there.

INSA East Springfield is an excellent resource. Low - Medium THC and TAC levels, high terp levels and usually fairly targeted.Update.. Quality and Variety have been in decline for the Springfield location.

I loved visiting INSA Springfield! It was my first time there and I got an awesome deal! The facility was open, clean and had great vibes. The staff was super helpful, and a they had a large variety of cannabis products. I was helped by Dominique and she was wonderful to work with ! Awesome place, would get five stars but their distillate selection is really not that good, it's poor. They have the most affordable 1g cart in Massachusetts but they were all out when I went and the people I spoke to didn't have an idea when their gonna be restocked. Kinda seems like their focus is stocking up for recreational sales but it would be nice to throw the patients a bone eh and provide more distillate.

INSA is a very clean, well organized facility. The staff are well trained and knowledgeable. Wonderful artwork displayed on the walls and excellent medicinal products. The staff can answer any questions you may have relating to which products will work best for you. Highly recommend this dispensary. Very friendly staff in both locations.

Great experience with the staff on my first visit. Immediately the atmosphere is very artistic and friendly. They have a very knowledgeable staff that can find the right product to assist with challenges and disability. I was impressed on my next visit they called me by first name as they remembered me.
