Was not notified of the 150.00 fee they charge on top of your car insurance down payment in till after I had already gave my debit card info and it was charged then I received paperwork stating the fee. So instead of me just paying 310 for my insurance down payment I was charged 460. But they made it very unclear of the fee in till after I was under the impression my down payment to my auto insurance was 460.00 but was really only 310.00 if I had known that before had I would of just did my insurance my self and it would of been wayyyyyyy cheaper!! Such a bummer after buying my new car to have to deal with that ?

Truly a terrible company. From the top to the bottom this agency is set to rip hard working people off. Do not use Insurance West!!! Scammed me out of several hundred dollars and didn't care - from other survivors I've talked to sounds like daily biz for them. Be warned!
