I called your store at 11am 6/29/20 because I wanted to know how to apply my local discount to my order for delivery. I spoke with a male receptionist that was very rude. The phone connection kept going in and out so I was in able to hear him. I asked him to please repeat himself and he hung up on me. I called back twice and he didn’t Answer finally on the third call back he answered as if he knew it was me calling back and proceeded to tell me it’s already built into the price. I was about to place an order over $200, and now after speaking to him I will be taking my business else where. His customer service was terrible.

Anthony is my favorite bud tender! He hasn’t failed me once in 6 months. When we first met we had a quick conversation about what I was looking for, he asked a few questions to narrow it down and it’s been magic since! I don’t even look at the menu when he’s there. I show him the money and he comes back with the gas every time! I’ve been to most dispensaries in Vegas but I’m loyal to Inyo because they keep Anthony lol & he’s the bees knees! Don’t let me take from anyone else’s shine though. The entire vibe is smooth at Inyo. The security, counter folks and other bud tenders are all friendly and always smiling when I go in... could be a great group of people - great weed - or both! I guess both.

This is my very first time purchasing any of these products. Being that the times are the way they are i wanted to order delivery. For a person that knows nothing about this stuff (except for old high school experiences being handed whatever there was at a party) their site was extremely easy to use! I LOVE how they rate what you will experience whether the product will give you pain relief, keep you focused, relaxed, calm, happy etc. No other site that i went to did that! Yeah i could call the store but I hate talking on the phone with cutting in and out or bad reception.I spent a good couple hours looking iver the products and chose a variety of items. It was extremely easy to place an order for delivery! I recived a call notifying me of when I should expect my order to arrive the next day.Today I recieved a text that my driver was on their way. There was even a tracker/gps to show me how far out or close my drive was!!Expect to have your ID ready with payment and a few required signatures.Extremely easy teansaction and very very kind courteous driver!!! THANK YOU!!! if these products work for me they have earned a regular customer!!!

This has been my clinic for some time, I have been shopping for multiple occasions and I loved the place and the service, today for the first time I had refused entry, lazzy receptionist told me that there was a problem with my documents and in a derogatory way and rudely told me that I could not even go to look I do not understand why if I have my current snowfall license which I showed, my medical card also, I asked to speak with the manager because this situation seemed uncomfortable, William Naples was the person who attended me, and It was the worst attention I have received, he gave me many policies for which he could not let me in, I do not understand what his discomfort was, since I have already visited this store and I have bought before in repeated occasions, really this service to clente is pity , I can only say that I will never return to this establishment, they should have educated people working and with judgment, this was really the worst experience I have had in dispensery

Just left..go to the back an a tall thin gentleman with a beard was very disrespectful. I asked about prerolls..and misunderstood. Also didn't have glasses with me.. He became annoyed and said you've asked that like 3 times I'm repeating myself..I work customer service..that's friggin rude..period! If u are annoyed by sometimes repeating yourself..don't work with the public! We'll not b comin back here anytime soon because it took everything to not curse his sorry behind out..Get good employees not rude jerks to work there!

Such a good place to buy some quality flower. Prices are a bit on the "high" but product is worth it. The service is awesome. These people are willing to work with crazy questions like; I want to feel.. or what can make me want to color? I would suggest this Dispensary over others anyday. Nice store, nice people, just needs better prices now.

I am not from a state where marijuana is legal so going into a dispensary is always a new thing for me and it gives me anxiety. The woman that spoke to me while I waited was lovley and the man that helped me at the counter was there to help me with my pain and wasnt trying to have me spent a large amount of money. Someone else referred me here and id referres others.

At this dispensary you don't get to tell them what you want, you have to ask what they have. I was introduced to RSO by a very knowledgeable older male budtender for my severe anxiety and PTSD he suggested an Indica. It worked great. The next time I went in a younger guy said they were out but a Hybrid would work, I never finished it, it made me shake for hours, I went back 2 days ago and called first to make sure the older gentleman would be there, he was, I waited and spoke to him shared my experience he said they were still out of the RSO in Indica but he would order more "but another company makes the same stuff in Indica" so I asked to see it and not only was it not " the same" it had half the THC for the same price. So I went for RSO (750mg THC), I left with 2 Trokies (200mg THC) for nearly the same price. Bottom line. There are much better dispensaries in, price, selection, quality of flower, daily/hourly sales, and more than 1 knowledge budtender. 2 strikes so far.

One of the most welcoming and patient care oriented dispensaries since recreational cannabis was legalized here they were always so nice as a medical dispensary and they were the first ones I saw split medical patients from recreational patients which is the way I believe it should be done. Other than having too much Flora Vega on the menu which is to my opinion not in the least real Medical they have some other products that are super good. There's Dixie Elixir root beer usually in stock and I'll pick one up every so often and make a custard root beer cream OMG that's a real tree that makes for a very giggly evening!

Last time I went in, I purchased a quarter for around $80. I asked if it was good. The person gave me a disgusted look and said " for the price....". I get better service and gratitude for spending $80 at a shoe store. I choose to buy my cannabis from dispensaries because it supposedly helps out our Vegas schools. I would rather buy from the black market before I buy from Inyo again.
