I am very disappointed with this place. The flower arrangement I purchased for my wife did not even look as close as the one on the website. Seems they only took 5 mins or less to put this arrangement together. The flowers looked old and didn't have as many roses as shown online. It was mainly greens. For what the arrangement cost, I was expecting something similar to what they promote online. If I could give them a 0 in rating, I definitely would!! Do not waste your money here! I will never purchase anything from them, no more.

Amazing, professional and understanding service! I recently ordered a casket insert from grandchildren and the company that took my order waited all day to let me know they could not fulfill the order for the visitation or church service even with promised same day service. They dropped the ball and I was more than disappointed. With only 10 minutes to closing I contacted Aliso Viejo Florist and Jody understood and took my order, called the florist in a bit earlier the next day, delivered it to the church in the pouring rain so we could make the deadline before the service began at 10:30 am. Not all the grandchildren could attend the service and I wanted their sentiment included in the service though this lovely flower and card insert with their grandpa for eternity. I am forever grateful to them to make my wish come true. Do not hesitate to use their services.

I had ordered a deluxe sized vase of roses to be delivered this past Valentine's day, which should've been 18 roses. But what they'd sent was the standard dozen, whilst still charging me the deluxe price. I'm giving two stars instead of one, because the roses themselves were in good condition. But of course, I'm miffed from being swindled.

Wow! Talk about service!!! I have never been as impressed with someone taking care of me like Rus at Aliso Viejo Florist did! I'm seriously impressed, so much so I told her that if she lived in my area I would hire her! She totally took care of me, helped me to find the address to deliver my Sister her Annual Birthday Flowers. I will be coming back and I wish all those needing flowers in and around the Aliso Viejo area to use this shop! They will take great care of you! :) Thanks Rus!.... I'm back one year later! These guys continue to take great care of me!
