Chelsea made me quite uncomfortable when I tried to use my first five dollar credit. My hubby is the one who told me I could get a free joint because he did the same. She was so loud all the other customers were staring at me like I was crazy. I ended up with nothing. I wasn't going back in after she embarrassed me like that. I told her I'd be back Monday for a larger purchase but I wanted to buy a joint today with my lil credit. Thanks a lot Chelsea

This place is great.... The entire staff does there best to get every sale right, for their customers, to make sure their always happy... I always enjoy the "Willie's Reserve" they constantly keep in stock, and all the good deals I get for my "Dab Life".. Thank you to the Management, for all that they do, keep up the great work, Jessica deserves a raise, she took awesome care of me last time I was there. #JM®©

I live across the street, so this is my go-to spot. they consistently have a good selection of flower. In a variety of strains. Both prepackaged and custom weighed. At a very good price. The house concentrate is consistently delicious. And selection of other products is great. This location is super busy, so while you might have a bit of a wait, in the end it is totally worth it. The friendly staff handles the high volume of traffic with a speedy, yet intimate transaction. They have a great rewards program also. LivWell is a great choice , and I’ll continue to shop there indefinitely.

update:It’s snowy. Just called to make sure they are open during the weather. Normal operating hours. Busy signal. Suit up in my snow gear and walk over. Closed. How inconsiderate and unprofessional. This place stoops to new lows every time I attempt to give them business. Absolute bull.

Today's visit with budtender Roger was probably the best dispensary visit I've had ever in the entire country. His honest and accurate descriptions of the products, which I was otherwise unfamiliar with and relying on his guidance to help me, was absolutely 100% spot on and exactly what I was expecting based on his descriptions. I could ramble on for quite a while about all the other good information Roger gave me, and again I have to call out and applaud his honesty and transparency, which is rare to find even at some of the best dispensaries in Colorado.The product selection at the store regarding concentrates could be summed up in one word: intelligent. They have a superb selection of products at different price point and something for everybody regardless of your budget. The budtenders know every product and provide accurate descriptions of what to expect from the feeling to the flavor. While slightly more expensive than what I've been getting, the superior quality more than make up for it in value.This is my new favorite dispensary.

My boyfriend and I came in wanting to try to get an idea of LivWell's strains. We were initially talking about getting a half oz of mid grade and another half oz of their premium. Doni, our budtender, was absolutely amazing and recommended that we get an 1/8 of each strain since we really wanted to get familiar with the company even though that essentially quadrupled the amount of effort he would have to spend on us. He weighed out everything and kept the conversation going. He was incredibly friendly and funny and treated us like family. 10/10 would recommend. We'll most definitely be going back and will hopefully get to have Doni be our budtender again.

Won't be returning to any livwell dispo ever again. I was told I had a certain amount of credits on a previous visit, only to be told i have barley any of my points. I didn't bring a whole bunch of cash with me and the guy made no effort to ask me how much I was working with or trying to get me my credit. Bogus. Left without my wax and will not be returning. I work in the industry and this place ain't worth it. Save yourself and go check out the Health Center off Park Ave.

They won't talk to you or field questions about products you aren't committed to buying. I would not recommend going here if you are new or just a curious. Also was interrupted multiple times by employees standing around joking and being very loud while I was the only customer in the store. Prices still very high compared to their neighboring competition.

I’ve been coming here for about a year. The reason, the customer service..NOT to mention the prices. However; it was another location that convinced me.. I became a member there, and have been for about the same time I started coming here. I’d spend about 300 dollars each time, which would build my credit. I came in today and waited about 30 minutes as about 10 REC people came and left. As I was getting money out I was greeted by a hot pink highlighter. I originally didn’t realize it was thrown at me by the employee taking id’s but shortly after realized that is what happened. (Please view the cameras for confirmation...it was around 1:20 on 10/13 that I encountered this. I asked if they only had one person back there and they said yes, and kept calling people back. (At this point not the employees fault that they don’t have any organization or presedence for members...) I FINALLY get called back by “JOHN” and he is no help to my anxiety of waiting 30 minutes for my medicine. I’ve had other dispensaries take up to 20 minutes, but always charged me “a penny” for a cookie/joint/candy (as they can not legally give me something for free..) Never was offered any recosiliation. Would have ignored this whole situation INCLUDING the employee throwing a highlighter at me. Due to the mistreatment I made sure to use my remaining 80 dollars of credit and only owed 10 dollars at the end. (After I got 300+ out of the atm that I had intended for the dispensary per usual...) His name was Nick, and was very apologetic, but didn’t make up for the rudeness and blatant disregard they have/had for someone who’s given them nothing but loyalty and business. I extracted all of my credits and will be canceling my membership ASAP. Will not return, and will make sure my Rec friends and Med patients know about this. I repeat, WILL NOT RETURN. I’ve worked in this industry for 5+ years, and will make sure to inform everyone of this.

Livwell is my favorite spot with their deals and variety. The staff is always awesome and always more than happy to help you with your selection.On my last visit Jessie G hooked me up with a few of her favorite strains, was informative, patient and super amicable friendly. She will keep me coming back despite any deals from the competition!
