Went in to fulfill an order yesterday and I'm very displeased with the way your treat your patrons! The (not so ''gentle'' man at the front desk should not be greeting your customers. I understand times are stressful right now. However first impressions are lasting. I entered the building was meet by an unfriendly looking man who tells me and my husband out your IDs on the table and step back we then goes on to explian ruffly about rules. I know there are carless people out there but to treat every customer like there are the plauge is not very impressive! Not to mention I forgot to remove my sunglasses and e when I was requested to remove them the man looked at me serval times like he couldn't visibly see my picture on my identification looks like me. Very weird and uncomfortable! I wouldn't recommend this location. I wanted to be welcomed to the places I patronize. Retrain your front desk employees to deal with customers. "Hi folks welcome to live well. If you could please place your IDs on the desk and take a couple steps back will get you all checked in."That leaves the customer feeling welcomed and protected.

Usually I love this location but after today I dont know if I will ever go back. The budtender was completely ignorant. I asked for #hash wax and got live resin at $7 more a gram... I asked for an INDICA cartridge and got a hybrid. This guy Michael is by far the worst thing to ever happen to this shop and Tom and Thomas I'm sorry but I dont know if I'll be back after tonight...

Cleanliness of the facility is medium. Parking is limited. The staff either have a low level of understanding of the cannabis plant as a whole. Or, are simply told to lie to customers to clear their shelves of product that may be old, or nobody wants. The few times I've shopped at this location I noticed most of their strains have the same issues: Improper dry and cure, improper flush, a "little" leafy, with some seeds. I didn't buy their pre-weighed, pre-packaged cannabis either time, when you see it you'll know why. Haha. I don't mind spending money on quality cannabis. But, the few times I've shopped here and bought the best they had to offer, it fell short.

Small but not lacking on variety. As with a lot of dispensaries they got space at a strange location and not often a lot of space at that. They really utilized their space well, clean, well organized, didn't skimp on variety and had some really nice sales going on. Friendly helpful staff and welcoming environment inside of a strange metal warehouse. Definitely going to stop back soon to see what else they have discounted that week!

Do not go here for their "$100 oz". They just choose the least dense weed and fill the jar full without weighing it. Not even good weed either, full of stems and a few seeds.I suspected it wasn't a whole ounce when I blew through it in half the time I usually smoke an oz. and when one huge nug that's id say would usually weigh 3g with medium dense weed, would weigh less than 1g and break up to barely fill a bowl. I thought I probably just smoked it faster than usual and picked up another ounce from a different livwell later. Before smoking any, I weighed it and it was only 17g. Last time I checked, there's more than 17g in an ounce. If I lived in Denver I would've brought it back and made them weigh it in front of me. Shorting sacks for extra money and giving stems and seeds like drug dealers smh. At least be honest about how much weed is actually being sold.Never going here again.

Compared to other livwells this is by far the worst. They are understaffed and the budtenders frequently talk to customers for long periods of time while people wait. Medical gets a fast track as opposed to recreation. You can wait 30+ minutes as med card people file in to the front of the line. This place needs more budtenders. All other livwells are excellent and the product is second to none. This location makes the brand look worse then it should.

Although the employee turn over rate is high, they train their employees properly, shopping at just about every rec/med dispensary In the Boulder and Ft. Collins area I have never been to a dispensary with such knowledgable and kind employees as livwell in Garden City. The only place I will go for my meds. Not to mention the best prices and best concentrates in Colorado! (And I have been to A LOT of dispensaries all over Colorado) I HIGHLY recommend this dispensary especially if you are a medical patient.
