Drive thru cashiers were pushy & rude. When ordering our food at the speaker they were pushy & tried to hurry us up. Gave us wrong sodas & got mad when we asked for the ones we ordered. Gave us regular fries when we asked for curly fries in our kids meal. They repeated our order correctly at the DT speaker but got it wrong at the DT window & were rude about it.

Supreme croissant has become small..(Breads the size of a cookie!)And less egg than a mcmuffin.Ask for lettuce and tomato.. free, and totally completes it.

Horrible customer service being kicked out of restaurant because of lack of employees not paying attention to the time n fooling around can't say they were busy with 2 cars in drive thru n one table that was eating already.Employees hygiene were not met.Also alot of food violations.

Didn't give me part of my order, called to complain, they offered free large shake at least, but still with it being by the freeway and out the way it's such a pain, and on gas too, had I not had to go back past it I might not have went back that day, it's always a good measure to check your food with all fast food before departure (sigh) still gave 4 stars because we all know to expect that with fast food places ... food quality and taste is the same as any other jack in the box can't complain there...

Just have to say, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich which came with fresh crispy lettuce, fresh tomato. Probably one of the best fast foods I had in a long time. Don't eat fast food to often but is was good.Was on Palm Drive from highway 10 going towards Desert Hot Springs. Great service!

Came in on Friday and my order was slightly wrong, contacted manager and he assured me he would fix it the following day. Went in next day, personally met with the manager Greg, great customer service and good intentions. Made my burger fresh and made sure everything was perfect. Thanks for the great experience, Jack is my number 1 sport especially when it comes solving issues with no hassle at all. Thanks Greg!!

The worst experience ever at a Jack in the box. The on site manager Karla was horrible with her customers service. Instead of taking responsibility, she continuously blamed her workers which were working very hard I'm sure. And then offers me only a refund after waiting 20 minutes for my meal. Literally 20 minutes no exaggeration. I would never want anybody to get fired but she definitely needs to be retrained. Vary unacceptable. Store # 5328
