The staff is fun to talk to and helpfulThe weed is great and great with priceBut I have to knock down 2 stars for the delivery. They do NOT do delivery to Springfield and with this virus going around, I guess they do want people to die and pass it on since I have to go ALL the way to downtown, walk about 3 blocks from the station and walk back..... Actually I am gonna knock 3 stars for it. But overall, good

I'm very upset with the live resin that i ordered and had delivered to me. The texture and consistency of it is almost water, the colors of it are black and dark green (looks very unappealing) and it comes on a sheet of plastic (impossible to get off). I called the store to complain and they wouldnt do anything for me, was told that it does suck and that's why it's so cheap (20$ a gram). What a scam.

This has been my go-to spot for years, mostly because of the sweet location. My most recent purchase was full of seeds and I even found a dead bug. When I told them what happened, they wouldn't do anything about it. The guy wouldn't even take the jar off the shelf after saying he's never seen so many seeds. The guy working told me that I "shouldn't have bought the sale stuff." That was the last time I'll ever shop there. They obviously do not care what they sell you. Good thing there's other places that do.

Had some flower delivered. Trying a new place out. Ended up with shake! It wasn't labeled shake on the website as others are. Kinda disappointing. When you order flower you expect bud. Good thing I didn't order a lot of it. Not sure if there's a discrepancy with the website. But ive never had issues with other shops when I order off dutchie.?

I wanted to try a new dispensary, new strains. I walked out with a quarter of Death Star, THC 25% for about $43. Looks and smells good. But, it went to seed, not just a pre-mature seed or two, 2 "so called buds" had 13 seeds.also lots of stem.SOOOO disappointed. Weed sucks!Tastes like seeds. Lessons learned? 1. Don't trust all dispensaries. 2. Don't buy half trimmed buds. TOTAL RIP OFF!!!

Joel is not from Jamaica. Aside from that lie (* edit* lie is such a strong word, and really distracts from the underlying intention of the review, which was to point out that it's a great shop with fantastic staff, even if they appropriate a Jamaican Rasta vibe for marketing purposes. You want to go to this place for anything related to ganja) , the gal helping was fantastic, knowledgeable, super friendly and I was very impressed.

If I could give it negative stars I would. This place was ridiculous. Horrible customer service. Asked for the dab with the highest thc in it and he grabs a 60 percent. After he scanned it I noticed there was a higher one and I asked can you switch them out before its rang up completely and he says no. We dont allow that sorry. I said so you're telling me I have to pay for something I'm not interested in and he replies with basically. I will never go here again and waste my money. Jamaica Joel's is the worse dispensary I have ever been to. Great weed horrible people.

The guy behind the weed counter seemed like a very serious type, but he was friendly, helpfull, and knowledgeable. They had a great selection, which made it hard to decide, and good prices. Not a lot in the 5$ a gram range, but what they have is clean, big buds that are dense so they last longer for the weight. A couple of grams from here will last longer than twice as much weight in the cheaper stuff, a lot of the time. Definitely a good place for a chronic connoisseur .... I highly recommend!

Today 7/2/16 I walked in as a first time customer, and it was Not vary welcoming with Snippish/ Stuck Up Autiude. I was told if I pulled $40. Out of the ATM I'd be refunded my ATM charge of $3.99. Then once I got into the Room I was told I'd have to Spend over $40. We spent Nearly $60 dollers and ended up with 3 GM Really! I don't think we be doing business here Ever Again! And No they Do Not have any pipe's they do however have bong's for $70. Crazy Go to Sweet Tooth off West 11 in Eugen and get a Bong for $30 & and Up. This was Not a welcoming visit as a First time Costumer Smfh.

People are awesome. Prices are awesome. No guesswork about pricing either, it's posted right there. You can get the same amount here, for almost HALF the price of other dispensaries. And they have (a few) $7 grams!! It's kind of a no brainer, when you're shopping on a budget, especially. Parking is a little weird, but there's usually at least one open spot in the parking lot next door (food truck and barber shop right there). If you haven't been in, and you've been paying high taxed amounts for all your green needs, check this place out!! And don't be afraid to ask questions. :)
