Yes it’s a house, If you are skeptical of this place because of the looks like I was it’s okay , I had great friendly service looked at all the flower without getting rushed , and great prices for quality flower..Before I got inside I was nicely greeted Then walked straight though the living room to the table with the products, I felt at ease after going inside. Everything was quick and fast no complaints

Shopped here twice. The first visit was a good experience besides the place smelling like pipe tobacco. Came back last week and its left a sour taste in my mouth. I came in and Jay's assistant awkwardly asked me to come over and look at the selections like it was a bother that I was there. Meanwhile Jay Dee was smoking a cigarette and had a beer on the table. Also, after bringing the items home I noticed it had a taste of cigarettes. Have only had luck with one product being flushed correctly, otherwise black ash. Will not be back due to not flushing product correctly and smoking cigarettes right next to all the product..

I would have strongly agree what "Tomato Face" is saying to be true - I talked to this guy awhile and he sounded off his rocker for sure, slurring his speech heavily, saying things that didn't make any sense. After we hung up, he soon started to call me on redial(I assume)back on accident, like 4 times in a row. He was very disoriented, from what appeared to be extreme alcohol intoxication. And little did he know, his name showed up on my caller ID and it WAS NOT "JAY". From the little conversation I had with this individual it was extremely bizarre, risky and shady af. . I thought it was a set up to ROB me. I would keep away from this place for sure, definitely a scam going on here. Lots of things struck me as being very odd and off with this person named "Jay" - it was too the point where I felt like this guy could barely even change a light bulb let alone, run an extremely risky, and a dangerous business like THIS, and he was inviting Complete "strangers" into his house, mind you, yes, his house? to conduct this kind of business. He should probably be turned into the authorities just for his own safety at this time. What he's doing is going to get the wrong person invited over and we might reading/seeing this individual on the news, unfortunately.... I have to give "Tomato Face" credit, you're definitely more brave than I. I would not have wanted to send my worst enemy over there.

Coming from Colorado I have a very high (excuse the pun) standard for MMJ. As a new client I was concerned about the quality of the meds I was about to get from Jay. He was really cool. He several strains to offer in varying price points. I chose Northern Lights as it's one of my favorite strains. It was not bad smoke. The buds were popcorn sized and dense. It was dry like it's been sometime since harvest. I was pleasantly surprised at the meds I got from him. I hope to put him on my "by from" list. I think Jay will do well as he grows his business and further perfects his trichome counts. Based on my experience and price point I would recommend Jay to serve your medical/recreational marijuana needs. Thank you, Jay - Mike, Grand Rapids

First time going to a "Dispensary" I just got my medical card, The guy admitted to being "a little drunk" sold me oregano, saying it was shake. Also i bought an edible from him under the pretense it was THC and not only CBD which is what he gave me. Do not go here. I got totally screwed over.He is also using the name of another actual dispensary, that has a Facebook page displaying an entirely different location. Which made it look legitimate.
