This people don’t need business. They are super rich and treat their costumers like $@!#. They have a good star rating here so all the work is done and it shows. That’s no problem, my hard work and honest money never more for you guys! Dont text me saying if I have something more to say I can email you. Give some real apologies or money off for your guys bad service. This place has an owner that responds with flowery words but if you read the reviews and not just look at the star rating you will see the trend.

This place is great. They have a good selection and very good prices. Some dispensaries just try to hit a price point and they don't care so much about quality they have good brands in here. This is my first visit I've been to 12 + dispensaries in town over the years. Unfortunately I don't live in this area of town or I would go here regularly. Definitely one of the best that I've been to

I really do love Jenny's, like, seriously shop here for sure. Don't waste your gas money and your time elsewhere, just go to Jenny's! It's very worth it, HOWEVER, PLEASE extend the hours, speed up the lines somehow, create an app if need be. I usually love the selection, a little pricey, but I'm usually not disappointed. Also, whoever checks the reviews, don't just copy and paste your response. Actually type out your own response directly reflecting a costumer's reactions and thoughts. It's nicer that way. But anyways, SHOP HERE! It's a very friendly staff and I hope it stays that way. Don't hire losers, keep this good moral up that we like :) Love this dispensary. It's closer to home and it always satisfies. <3

Jenny’s in North Las Vegas doesn’t understand how to treat customers. Workers consistently don’t serve clients in the order in which we sign in. Let me explain... I arrive at the dispensary. I sign in and take a seat in the waiting room. As I’m waiting, 3-8-10 other patrons arrive after me and sign in. For some reason, those who arrived after me are consistently served before me. I’m pretty sure that a pre-teen girl can ‘hostess’ better than these folks. KEEP THE ORDER OF CUSTOMER ARRIVALS STRAIGHT. STOP WASTING MY TIME WITH YOUR STUPIDITY.

The only place I go these days. My favorite part is being able to place an order online and pick it up since I can't generally wait for long periods of time. So imagine my disappointment this week when the website is " not a trusted site " now and I can't view the products, place an order online or even log in to my account. I hope this gets fixed soon. Other than that I'm always very happy with the products and service. Thanks guys

One of my favorite places to go! I haven't had a bad experience here. Ever. The staff treats you very well and they will answer any questions you have with no issues and knowledgeable answers. Product - I mainly only buy cartridges or syringes to refill my cartridges. Their product is phenomenal and the prices you can't beat. Out of towners? Come here I'm sure you'll get a discount on the right day!From Vegas? Every single day they have different deals and discounts. Come check them out!

I've been to Jenny's about 5 times. The people are all nice. There lacks a consistency in product knowledge across the board. They have a few people that are really knowledgable. I've greatly appreciated their help. They are always short on inventory. I find great products then next visit they're out. So frustrating! The website is really bad, lacks info, slow, hangs up a lot, minimal descriptions on the products. It's close is why i continue going at this point.

I love this facility and the people who work there. I find it inconvient to go online and place an order for pick up. When I can call and ask the reseptionist every question in the book, but they cant simply write down my order and have it ready for pick up. Instead they send you to their difficult and glitchy website where you must prove, identification online as well as when you arrive. (Seems a little overkill) Also have purchased from website and then shown up and product wasn't available, which was even more frustrating. I have recently drivin 20 more min just for convenience which shouldn't be the case when i live only 5min from the north Las Vegas location. I only leave this review to hopefully help the problem of simple pick up orders. I would really like to continue purchasing from your store. I just ask that pick up orders be made more available, quick, and easy.

They were NOT friendly and every question we asked them was answered with "Check our website". This was done by the receptionist. The bud tenders were much more helpful. But I actually walked out the first time I went there. Decided to give it another try later and it was almost the same so I'm going to stick with the Apothecarium from now on. It's a 30 minute drive for me, where Jenny's is only 5 minutes but it's worth the drive for superior service.

Awesome Dispensary! Great customer service and super nice inside! Can't beat their prices on Concentrates and their pricing is with Tax included so you dont have to try to do the math in your head! They carry top quality products and strains you can't really find anywhere else. Awesome loyalty program and Locals, MMA Card, Medical, and Sheriff's Card holder discounts! One of the top things I love about Jenny's other then the great prices is the HUGE selection of FLOWER and CONCENTRATES you can easily spend an hour going through all their product! If you haven't already been to Jenny's you have to check it out!
