I went there specifically for the Roots Hash Oil Vapes, because I saw online they had a nice selection. At first, a little mix up with cartridge and disposable that was listed online, but after going in, they really took care of me. First time going to Jenny’s and I rarely write reviews but the customer service was excellent! I forget the guy’s name, but he was from Colorado. Very knowledgeable and most important friendly! Worth checking out, and especially the ROOTS HASH OIL!!

Not my 1st negative experience with this business, but I'm always willing to give another chance. And let's not bring up their wonderful website. LmaoAdvertised online ordering for pickup. If you need a good day laugh, try placing an order. I specifically ask for a product to promote sleep and relaxation. Not just 1 but 2 products of complete OPPOSITE effects! Almost forgot, most items are a year old. Hard to believe they have lasted this long

Had to wait one hour in which plenty of people went in after me and got to beforehand, when buying the product I wanted was notified after saying they had it that it was sold out, and upon opening the vape package, found out that it was broken. This place is absolutely a sham and a complete waste of time, money, and the people running it really need to take a long look at themselves for running an establishment so disorganized. Upon returning to just get my money back I was told to come back the next day as they had customers to help- of which I was just one five minutes beforehand and had to get my money back quickly. If time limits are your deal DO NOT GO HERE

I have been a customer for a very long time now and this new system is very very slow and keeps having issues.. 😡 this is the third time I’ve came in and had to wait over 15 minutes, this is unacceptable and other customers in waiting area are talking and complaining about the same thing.. something needs to be done to make the process go faster and smoother.

Nice place would have gotten a 3 if they didn't try to overcharge me by more than $100. I had to remind them of the sale posted at the cash register 3 grams @ regular$ 4th gram $5 on various strains, I went to them for the sale on Forbidden Fruit called first and got an exact price so I knew when she asked for over $300 there was a problem but she spoke to a manager and I got my 28g for under $200 (with first time discount). Great customer service. The flower was beyond disappointing, my favorite strain, it must have been the cultivators first grow.😢

Jenny’s dispensaries Overtime this place has gone down hill, less about the patient more about the profit. The medical only selection is gone and the deals are terrible. A big reason I won’t be returning is Jenny’s unwritten rule of stealing your change. Everyone needs to check their receipt. It says PENNY UP each transaction and any coin change is put towards the PENNY UP. I’ve been here many times and I’ve never seen any sign or statement telling customers they are doing this. Beware 1 out of 5 stars.

I’ve bought cannabis in almost every legal state and even been harassed in one store but this was my weirdest BUYING experience yet. The budtender was sorely uninformed. Most of the hash on display was just empty blue jars. He tried to tell me that all of it pretty much looks the same so it doesn’t matter. Are you kidding me? I smoke concentrate every day and wanted the TOP SHELF and couldn’t even see it. If I can’t smell it I should at least be able to SEE it. Wow. Especially at $44 for a half gram. I’ll just skip smoking oil til I get back to CO. Actually, I’m going to MedMen. Oh and to top it off, I bought a gram of weed to try, and when they complete the order they take you into a private room, show it to you, then you exit. Is this necessary? No one else does this, it’s beyond creepy...

Nice place they got there. I'm not a consumer of marijuana, but I needed CBD oil for my lab who has seizures. The staff was very nice and knowledgeable. They walked me through the process and what is most likely to happen with my dog. It does feel weird if you're not used to being in a dispensary. Kept thinking Ashton Kutcher was gonna come out telling me I was being punk'd. If this works on the black beast, I'll definitely be going back for the oil.

Staff at Jenny's are enthusiastic, knowledgeable and VERY helpful! We have been going here for hubby's medicine since last October. Originally we went because they are close to home (Sun City Anthem) but after trying other local dispensarieswe've come to the conclusion that Jenny's is superior to them all. My only gripe (which is the same at all of the others as well) is that we can never be CERTAIN that they will have an adequate supply of the edibles we are looking for.

my experience at Jenny's was hand down by far better than most dispensaries I've been to even with Reef or planet 13 I was very shocked at how nice my budtender wasn't even the gentleman that check me in. upon entrance very nice establishment in waiting for my name to be called so I could go in back and collect my meds it was even better for the simple fact that she gave me great substitutes when they didn't have what I wanted and still was able to get me what I needed I highly recommend Jenny's ready
