We had a major job done that included our landscaping being disrupted. JCF did everything possible to minimize the disruption to us while completing the job. They worked extremely hard and used quality materials and did exceptional work, while being honest with cost. Walter was here first thing in the morning and I have never seen someone work as hard as him. Exceptional job!!! Highly recommend JCF!

I was very pleased with the overall service and installation, particularly of the technician, Luis who was on time, professional and ensured that he wore protective equipment. He made sure that I understood and was satisfied with the work, including replacing the entire AC system and new furnace. I am a new customer and also received a maintenance contract with the company.

Quoted $800+ to ”repair” two outdoor faucets. Tech didn't even look at faucet or attempt to take apart, looked at model went on his computer and quoted price of repair kit at $402.Took the time I should have in the first place and repaired them myself. Two 60 cent washers and all is working like a charm.Btw, looked the repair kit up online, can be bought for $20

Service technician Dale G. Jr. was prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable about the service provided to the air conditioning compressor and internal components. He gained a full understanding of the situation and assessed the service call accordingly. I appreciated the fact that he didn't mind informing me of not only what he was doing, but also why he was doing it. I learned a considerable amount about my air-conditioning compressor and I appreciate the information shared. Additionally, Dale left the service area clean, and he was considerate of my health and safety in a COVID-19 environment. I would use the company John C. Flood for household service needs in the future.

My technician (Harry) arrived on time and wearing appropriate COVID gear. He was professional and knowledgeable, diagnosed the problem and has ordered the part for repair. Not a big problem to fix this time, but I feel so good about the experience with the company so far that I'm signing up for their annual program (HVAC, plumbing and electrical).

Flood is that they provide a fair price for the services provided and don’t try to scam the customer. This was the second time that we used the company and that’s the reason. They didn’t disappoint. Used this company last year on a rental unit in DC to repair the HVAC. The technician replaced items that did not need to be replaced, over charged for those items and lied about not wanting to leave me the replaced items. The AC broke down again and when a new company was called in their fixed the problem and charged a more reasonable rate. My worst experience dealing with a contractor.

ALL OF THE ABOVE AND MORE!!!WE ARE SO VERY SATISFIED WITH OUR NEW SYSTEM. THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL; THE TIMELY ARRIVAL OF THE TECH AND ASSISTANT ALONG WITH THE EQUIPMENT GUY WHO DELIVERED THE LARGE PARTS AND RETURNED TO PICK UP THE OLD PARTS. IT WAS LIKE A CONCERT. THEY MADE OUR DAY AND IT TOOK ONLY ONE DAY TO COMPLETE. WE HONESTLY THOUGHT THAT JUST GETTING ON THEIR CALENDAR WAS GOING TO BE AT LEAST A WEEK. I CALLED ON THURSDAY MORNING, THEY CAME OUT ON FRIDAY AFTERNOON TO GIVE US THE PRICE AND CAME ON TUESDAY TO DO THE WORK. JOB WELL DONE!!! I'LL TELL EVERY ONE I KNOW ABOUT 'JOHN C. FLOOD'.

The substantive in-home plumbing repair work (new inside water cutoff valve for outside hose bib) was troubleshot and problem diagnosed correctly and the subsequent repair was executed flawlessly with a very high degree of expertise (greatly appreciated)! This is the 2nd in-home plumbing project/work done by John C. Flood technician John Plank. His level of expertise and experience is excellent and takes the worry out of the plumbing repair process. I receive excellent value for quality and complexity of the work that was done well.

Very positive experience with Damon! He communicated when he was on the way and I received a text from the company with his photo and full name. Once he arrived, he was courteous and professional. He talked thru everything with me and gave me great information on how to care for my water system and how to save energy. Would definitely use again and highly recommend.
