My toilet began backing up and coming into the tub. Absolutely disgusting. Me hubby and kids had to stay in hotel due to this happening at 9pm at night. Needed to have the septic pumped. Called many many places and no one could come the same day. One local company offered to come the same day and basically price gouge us at 600$. I called jonnie and the spot and the wonderful lady on the phone sent a man to my house immediately at 250$ still less then we were quoted from others. Gentleman that came out was very friendly.

My mother-in-law called and asked the girl that answers the phone if a sink is included in the price and she said it would be an extra $90. My mother-in-law said “Oh, okay. Never mind.” One of their guys brought it out any way. We told him we didn’t want it and he said “He would take care of the paperwork when he got back to the office”, and took off. Now the only way that could’ve been screwed up is if the girl that answered the phone put it down anyway and she’s now trying to bill us for it. We tried explaining it to her and I tried getting ahold of the owner and she said he would be able to call me when he gets back. Guessing she misplace that note since I have yet to receive that call.
