Just treated myself to a pizza from Blaze in Irvine after preparing my meals at home for the past 2 months. The workers were friendly and so generous with toppings. And when I paid, there was no option to add a tip to my payment so I asked if there was a tip jar and the answer was "no, if you'd like you could reward us by giving us a good review." So here it is. The pizza was a wonderful treat...absolutely delicious. I ate the entire pizza at one sitting! And what a deal! I still feel kind of weird not giving a tip. All I could say is thanks Blaze and the great people that work at the Irvine store.

I ordered my pizza with Claudia and Michael tonight. They both made the experience really nice. Claudia was really patient with my various toppings and took the time to make sure my pizza was made perfectly. I really appreciated how personable she was and she made the blaze experience even better than normal. Micheal made my friend's pizza and did the exact same. Thank you both for your great personalities.

My husband and I come here all the time and Abel, the manager at this location, is absolutely so professional and helpful to us at all times. We are both vegetarian and all the staff go above and beyond in making sure they use a clean cutter and very thorough. We have been to several pizza places, but Abel and his staff make the experience awesome and their tasty pizzas are the best!!!

This Blaze Pizza is the number one location I always visit. Mayra and Fiona made me a great pizza, everyone ther always pays attention to how much toppings you want and never messes up the order. They even gave me a $2.00 off coupon for next time However, it can get really busy at this location. I often do deliveries for Postmates and it can take them up to 20 minutes for the pizzas to finish after I arrive. But, they still get five stars because they have always seemed to do their best dealing with the busy environment plus the demanding/annoying customers. I look forward to coming back for pizza after pizza.

Blaze is an awesome company but unfortunately this location is not to standard. Murky atmosphere, unclean, and worst of all, the staff is just playing games on a daily basis. Making pizzas out of order, not on task when there are plenty of people waiting, and they do not even pay attention to online orders. You will get you pizza faster by coming in and ordering and waiting rather than making an online order in advance. If there was anything lower than 1 star, this location deserves it.

I've only been to this location once so it's hard to say if we just had a bad experience or not. The girl that prepared our pizzas hardly put any ingredients on the pizza, very little sauce, cheese, pepperoni, etc. We had to ask for more of each ingredient multiple times and we finally just gave up even though it still wasn't a normal amount. Hopefully it was just one bad employee though.There were also like 2 red pepper and parmesan shakers out for the whole restaurant so we just ended up using the packets. That wasn't a big deal but I thought it was pretty weird.

This was terrific. Kind of hard to mess this up since you are the one that picks the ingredients.The only way I can see this going wrong is if you don't know what you really like and then you end up doing a mish-mash of stuff. But that would be on you.The service was great, quick and friendly and someone was walking around checking in on people. That was nice. Even though it was crowded, the line moves pretty fast.The value is on point. I mean, the pizzas are great for less than $10 and you could share this with 2 people. Where else can you get a custom meal for $5.00 nowadays? And it could be healthy too, depending on what you pick.It's definitely a convenience type of restaurant so I wouldn't go out of my way to go, but it'll be on my top choices whenever I'm in the area.

I love eating at this location but there is absolutely no sense of urgency among the staff! Multiple times I’ve come and there’s a giant line up to the entrance and when its finally my turn, I see a staff member folding pizza boxes (among stacks) and another one folding paper. It took way too long and not because were are a ton of customers.

This place is always busy with customers. I came by just ordered a cheese Pizza for dinner, As usual, I am a meat eater but not tonight because it is an ash Wednesday so I gave up meat for Lent. Their pizzas were ok but I liked the choices that they have. You are the boss so you can order whatever toppings you prefer. The prices were also decent. I can hardly wait to PI day to have any toppings for the price of $ 3.14. They have this deal every year on March 14. The services here were fast and friendly. The time you ordered your pizza to the time they called your name was around 10 minutes. So if you were in the rush? not to worry that much, You will be out in no time. So bon appetite.

My co-worker and I just received our order delivered by Door Dash; COLD, WRONG and Blaze Pizza will not answer the phone when we call. I ordered a BBQ chicken pizza. Where's the BBQ sauce? Why is there marinara sauce on this? Seriously, how hard is this to get right? This is listed as a regular item on their menu. I didn't even ask for any changes.Love Blaze Pizza but if you want it right you'd better go in to pick it up yourself.
