Undate: Even though we had a bumpy start , my experience with this provider has changed. The front office staff has been accommodating, answering their office line and calling and emailing to communicate with me. My treatment authorization has been approved and Ive had several excellent treatments and my pain is subsiding. Dr Kennedy has taken the time to educate on his treatments and also instruct on home exercises and has proved to be an excellent resource for my healing. This Office is an in-network provider with my insurance. The office rarely answers their phone and they don't return phone messages or emails from their web site. In order to get ahold of them you just keep calling during their unusual business hours, and when you finally get ahold of the staff they promise to do things they don't do, Like, submit an authorization for services or email information. Furthermore, this office requires a credit card to be placed on file even when you're an in-network patient with authorized services. If you can get past the issues with the front office staff, Dr Kennedy is very nice, the one treatment I had with him was great and the office is nicely decorated, however this is not a providers office that works on your behalf or is on your team.
